This is just ridiculous.

Romo's had a tough year....but the whole team has. He's no more at fault than any other player on the team.

From a Cowboy for Life and Beyond!

:starspin :starspin :starspin :starspin :starspin

It used to be fun to be a Cowboy fan. It used to be great to know a HC was in charge.

This team is loaded with talent yet let its egos and whiny natures get in the way.

Wade let them be them. An amalgamation of skilled veterans and younger veterans who have been told for 3 years that they are on a Super Bowl team in the making. And the draftees who have known no other coach in the pro ranks. And they think all coaches will be like this laid-back, Mayberry RFD doughboy of a coach.

Now Jerra has indicated he'll keep good ol' Wade. Keepy that folksy demeanor at halftimes and at public functions where he says meaningless platitudes like "We'll be ready to play" and "we'll work hard for it."

Jerra has been my hero throughout. I've always forgiven him his meddlesome ways because, after all, he has 3 super bowl rings. And has a 1 billion dollar palace waiting for his team.

But Jerra, you will deserve whatever you git with Wade.
The whole Free World knows that you can do a lot better than the Michelin Man.
Now because of your stubbornessitivism, you and Wade will oversee the dismantling and destruction of a team many saw as Super Bowl worthy.
It will occur slowly with internal strife then outright fighting. The fans will boo Wade mercilessly and too, Jerry, for his folly of keeping Wade.

Merchandising sales will fall almost immediately and the new stadium suddenly is more of a luxury for fans than a necessity.

Wade in charge of the most glamorous, most storied team in the National Football League.
Jerra, ringmaster of the best show on earth.
Winning just enough to sell tickets but not enough to win the big one.

Jerra, with your stubbornessitivism, the dismantling has begun.

No, please, don't stand up. Just meditate on the articulatenessitisminate.

True..

But think if Romo had Bellichek??? He would be putting up HOF numbers.
True. But it's never gonna happen with Jerry and Romo just doesnt have it in him to hold himself accountable. Until the old guy gets put in the home, we're screwed.

This is the first game where EVERYONE seems flat. The problems are just too numerous to name but for a team to play THIS POORLY with the playoffs on the line tells me it's an issue of leadership (or lack thereof).

Jerry isn't going to sell the team so I guess the best solution would be that we need to replace the leadership below him. I haven't said this even once this season, but I think Wade needs to go.

Beyond that, we need to get some discipline in this team.

Dudes a beast when he gets the ball...he's not the problem.

It's the whole coaching staff. imo

We get a good coaching staff with the current roster and we're winning Superbowls.

If JJ doesn't do something drastic with this team in the off season, how in the **** can he justify a new stadium and expect fans to buy into this debacle.

He can't.

Instead of simply selling my season tix next year, I'm going to cancel my acct -- even though I'll lose a ton of money. I refuse to put one more cent into this team.

And I'm not going to let go to hades by simply missing my deadline in May, I'm calling them tomorrow and telling them personally to cancel my acct. Will it mean anything to Mr. Jones? Hell no. But at least they'll know that the peons like me will not be hoodwinked any longer.

Goodbye Zone, I'm also canceling my acct. here.

If Dallas doesn't cut the lead to ten by the fourth quarter we can go ahead and look to next season.

I'm glad there are still rational fans on this board.
