Last ****ing time I checked Romo doesn't play defense. He threW one int. Yes it was a ******* play but he has not allowed the eagles to score one ****ing point. Where is Ware? He has not been called once. What about our all world corner who is getting beaten like a red headed step child? This is not all on TONY ROMO.

This team needs major changes and it starts with coaching... Jerry needs to just **** off and be the owner not the GM.. Get a real football guy to run the personal operations.

Anyone with at least half a brain can see that the cowboys are a soft team.


They have completely taken on the persona of the head coach. I like what wade did with the defense when he took over (except for the last 3 quarters they've played), but it isn't worth it when the entire TEAM plays like this in a game of this magnitude.


Wade needs to go, or else it'll only get worse next year.

In fairness, while Parcells was past his prime, he was right when he said he couldnt win with these players. It's on the coaches, but its moreso on the players.

Their immaturity, arrogance and lack leadership and accountability is unmatched and anyone who still thinks otherwise is in denial.

I don't think its the players. We had a very disciplined team under Parcells. Now we seemed to have lost that discipline under Wade.

Its a combination of everything. Injuries, bad coaching, discipline issues, refs making bad calls, too much media spotlight, etc.

Its not just the players thats the problem.

Jerry, put away your ego and sign Cowher and give him what he wants. Let him do his thing for the next 4 years. At least you know you will get the best out of the team you have.

On a side note, it looks more and more that Romo and Barber are shells of what we thought they'd be. We are now 10-10 in the last 20 games including playoffs after starting 12-1 last year.

If you get a coach like Cowher in here he can at least start to change the philosophy of this team and give it some toughness . Right now we just need direction .

I really hope JJ hires him.

At least his teams have an identity and play tough, physical football.

Plus, he's won recently.
