the WRs are disappointing. Beasley does as much as he can, but TWill, Street? Is LUcky Whitehead even playing?

Lucky is the new secret sauce, we re keeping him under wraps because other teams will want him too.

Disappointing, but on the other hand the Falcons are probably the better (and certainly are the healthier) team right now. Will be interesting to see how the QB situation is handled if Weeden doesn't improve like real soon...

Certainly reminded me of the pre-2014 Cowboys today. Coaches mismanaged clock, coached scared, defense was a total sieve, and both lines were dismantled, injuries be damned.

I don't know how the team can respect Weeden as a QB after this game. He spent the entire 2nd half more concerned with not making a mistake and his stat line than he was about winning the game for his team.

It was infuriating to watch as a fan, and I can only imagine how it was for the rest of the team.

Weeden was told not to lose the game. Well, one INT didn't do that.

I wondered why they didn't open up the offense more but I suspect they thought we'd make a TO or so and make a couple of stops. Then you can run the ball more.

They need to get Cassel ready.

With our DEs, Dez and Romo we win this game and likely pretty easily.

Weeden is Weeden...enough said. However, we were still in position to win the game. Our defense is not very good right now (that's putting it mildly) and our coaches really had no answers in the second half...NONE!

I don't know if Weeden wouldn't throw the ball downfield in the 2nd half, or if the coaches wouldn't let him, but it adds up to Cassel starting as soon as he is ready, IMO.

Agree. I guess we will hear Matty Ice this week, when in fact he had the deck in his favor the whole second half.

Yeah i think Ryan did what he had to do today but man I would love another shot at them with a healthy Romo and Dez.

Atlanta made adjustments at halftime.........they stacked the box and took away the underneath routes, once they did that our offense was non existent. We did not even attempt a pass over 20 yards the entire game. Seriously, if this is going to be the gameplan with Weeden..............why bother

As for the defense, it was just an embarrassing performance..........if Brees plays next week, we lose.............this might get ugly by the time Romo comes back.

My real fear is that we will go 3-5 or something like that: too good for a high draft pick, not good enough to make the playoffs or matter when we get there.

Exactly................ending up at 8-8 again would be a disaster..........too good to get a high pick and not good enough for playoffs.

Well, that was a bummer. Missed most of the game due to looking at a truck, but thought we could of pulled it off early on when Randle had 2 TDs in the first.

lol Cassell can't throw past 10 yards. He's a check down specialist.

I still cant understand why people complain about the lack of pass rush today.
I guess they forgot the bulk of the pass rushers in this team were inactive and were supplanted by a bunch of back ups.
Of course the pass rush was weak, and will continue to be that way until the starters return.

Lol how is that not good enough to make the playoffs? Have you not paid attention to the East?

hey, thats not fair DLAw is the man, his one finger cna stop most offenses. We had hitchens whos a great play maker. We have Tryone Crawford, an amazing unstoppable beast that wears flesh to hide it. We still have so many players who are so good , mere offensive coaches just resign in defeat before the game.
