Dak is not having a good game at all, but Romo hasn't played in a full year and it's freezing weather. He'd probably get hurt even though I certainly would not wish that on him it's just likely in this weather and this pass rush.

Combination of things. He struggles with tight man to man coverage. Receivers aren't getting a lot of separation either.
