BECAUSE JUST LIKE WE ARE TRUE FANS AND WE DESEVRE BETTERGod you guys act like a bunch of *****es after a loss.
Real talk.
The Lions are a borderline playoff team. The Cowboys held a +4 turnover advantage and still lost, becoming only the second team to do so in the last 57 such games.
The Cowboys are not good. Their offense is poor, and while their defense is opportunistic, it's not particularly good either.
This is the team Garrett and Jerry hath wrought--one with a mediocre record in a very poor division. Next year, due to Jerry's management of the team, there are serious salary cap issues.
Two years ago, I expressed fear over being in the midst of a Cardinal-esque stretch of futility. Nothing has alleviated that fear.
Should we have kneeled down on the last 3rd down?
I'm glad Dez gets fired up. Our core are losers. Dez is super angry, but ware and witten trying to calm him down with no expression on their face. They are used to losing. I really want Garrett to be fired after this game. He might have lost the locker rook after this one.
yesssssShould we have kneeled down on the last 3rd down?
90% defense's fault, 10% cowardly play-calling.
But I do wish our QB was Matt Stafford instead of Tony Romo.
Garrett deserves to be fired after this game, but we'll get a litany of excuses.
What angers me is that trash they did with 7 seconds left. They don't even attempt to take a shot down the field to get into field goal range. They do some stupid shovel pass trash. I bet Witten, Romo and Ware walk off the field smiling. I'm sorry, but the core needs to go. They are not winners. Dez was getting fired up and Ware and Witten with nondescript faces trying to calm him down as if this was no big deal they lost the game. We have a culture of mediocrity here and it centers around our core and with Garrett. Jerry Jones is there obviously, but that's another story.
I am with you, but I cant see Jerry Jones going through a complete re-build. He needs to sell tickets and everything else. We have a .500 football team. With bad injuries, maybe 7-9. Not too many injuries and the ball bouncing our way...MAYBE 9-7. But thats it.
Completely agree. I have tried SO HARD to like this guy, to give him a chance. He's a huge puss. A coward in the 4th quarter who can't manage a game.I said it from the get go, I dont want Garrett, i tried, i tried, i even tried again. The guy hates it, he cant do it and JJ makes every excuse. Jerry, fire him today. Right now, than call up Lovie or Gruden. Thats it htats the only two choices.
