I'm ashamed of the effort that Jones put out on that play. You're saying that's not a play to be ashamed of? That's pathetic

I am saying this team was dead in the water when Romo went down in pre-season against Seattle.

Except they found their future in Dak.

So a rookie made a mistake, and this causes you to be ashamed? Maybe your bar is set a little high.

I am proud of this team and have no reason to whine about this ending. Because not one person here thought this team would win 6 games after Romo went down.

Get some perspective. Because there have been about twenty years of no hope, and suddenly there is a future.

My instinct was to not trust the coaches to get the team ready and I was right.

The one thing I hated was the team saying, "we will just treat this like a regular game". Where the hell did that talk come from?

I think Collins is going tk be a pro level player. But even that isnt enough. We need to pair that with a legit edge rusher. Lawrence is a decent amd even good LDE, but he is ineffective as a RDE

We need a pair of edge rushers via free agency and the draft.

Apparently S and CB need work as well yet again.

All levels of the defense should be addressed after that performance!

There was more then one opportunity to win this game. Not sure whether it was Prescott or Garrett who called the spike, either way if they convert on third down it's not an issue, just didn't execute.

This is the brainwashed "Garret Coach Talk" that I expect in the presser, not from decent zoners...

One day you'll get it. Different QB, same results. There should be more than enough evidence after years of Garrett.

If you look at our defensive roster and think coaching was the reason we lost today you're the one who doesn't get it

But they shouldn't have had too.. we have a dominant run game and we couldn't kill 52 seconds on the clock?! Defence got us back in the game after horrible start..

This is 100% on the coaches..
Sometimes it doesn't work that way. We were tied and had a chance to force OT, but the defense flat out stunk.

We gave them a scare. Proud of the way they fought back. Giving up a 3rd and 20 is inexcusable. I hope Atlanta beats GB.

I would have gone for it on fourth down and 3 from the 34...Go for the win..

Every damn season we get to the divisional round we end up with a "bad matchup" either a hot Giants team a hot Aaron Rodgers, or playing in Lambeau or Minnesota.....If you can't get to the NFCCG with HFA throughout, I don't know what else they can do......Get better players on D would be a good start I guess.

Correct. Make no mistake, we ALL wanted to win this and it would've been fun but the Falcons would have beat us by 10+. They will maul the Packers because the Pack is physically and emotionally spent. Falcons aren't world beaters, it's just the way it is. Hope JWit doesn't retire. One more year big fella. Need you badly...that said, we should sign a vet TE that can block and cut Escobar tomorrow.
I hate when people like you do this crap. We would have lost any way nonsense. How the hell do you know. This game was a much more difficult matchup for us than the Falcons.
