Forget the Hoffman business. The simple fact is, most teams don't have a coach for kickers, and if you don't know how to get air under the ball on a field goal or miss them in crucial situations, you're not going to have a job in the league for long.
Wrong...Hoffman DID make the difference.

Ask Jimmy Johnson who said it himself.

Hoffman kept the kickers heads in the game and he kept their mechanics sound.

Now, the kickers just stand around on the sidelines getting bored and thinking too much...getting themselves nervous.

Okay fellas, I'm stuck in Iraq, with no tv to watch the game and a terribly slow internet connection that keeps going out.

Can anyone please give me a nice first-half recap?

Dallas givers up 10 early points on a FG and then a fumble (which Carolina scores a TD on the next play). Dallas claws back on some fantastic rushing by Julius Jones (with great blocking by Tucker, Allen and others) to tie the game at 10. Ware is playing outta his mind with 2 sacks and 2 forced fumbles in the first half already. Dallas gives up a FG to go down 13-10. Dallas drives down the field for a tying FG. Cundiff knuckles a 30 yarder and it is SLIGHTLY tipped by Peppers (who is crouching over - it was a HORRIBLE kick).

And that brings us up to speed.

Fumbled snap............................come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

I was just about to type some very inappropriate things if they didn't get that ball back.

I hate Drew Bledsoe right now! I'm sorry guys... fumbled snap.. and what was that on the fake pitch?

Well not exactly what I had planned for how I wanted the team to start the 2nd half

McBriar is a fairy. I don't know what his problem is, he can't punt anymore.

3rd and 12....let's run it for 3.

THIS is the Cowboys that we know. :bang2:
