He's a mediocre coach along with Wade Phillips. Another person this board tends to overrate. Phillips shouldn't be laughing either. He's never accomplished anything and Dan Reeves not much better either.

Gotcha. I hope not. Get one of these OCs/DCs off of one of these successful franchises. Getting a good coach is kind of like getting a good QB in you gotta get lucky.

Well, the top OC in the game right now is arguable McDaniels, but he was a disaster as a HC. Like you said, got be the right guy. Maybe he'd be better next time around.

I'm just tired of a different excuse every year. Every ******* year it's a new excuse. Why is Romo getting a pass for playing like a ******? He sucked. He sucked bad. I'm sure Garrett will get another excuse for this season, and next year we'll be enduring the same bull**** with a different excuse.

No pass for Romo from me and I've been a big backer of his. He talked big and backed it up with zero. His passes were awful and even worse he got out-thunk on almost every play he changed up on the field. The Panthers humiliated him.

Really disappointed with Tony he should have never come back and even so should have downplayed expectations. He cost us this game.

Now as for his career I blame Garrett and Co for that. Tony had so much talent and effort to work with and we never designed a good offense or defense for him to flourish.

It is just all sad and pathetic. I am done with this current generation of Dallas Cowboys.

He got to the Super Bowl and got embarrassed then followed that up by completely losing the team the next season. He also was a terrible hire at Nebraska. Agree. Folks are saying the line starting playing bad because he left. Well, the skins last week got all of 14 yards rushing. Sure they have had a few good games (they have good backs), but they have had some real stinkers to.

It's Callahan's zone scheme. Prior to that they were drafting big, hefty lineman in a man-blocking scheme that Garrett spent his whole career playing under and coaching under.

We aren't talking about Callahan the HC.. Learn your history before you spew off nonsense. Callahan was the OC when Gruden went to the SB, was the OL coach when Sanchez went to the Playoffs three straight years and when he left, they sucked offensively and now with the Cowboys.

Romo was horrible and I just can't ride the rollercoaster anymore. He looked like he was absolutely lost. I'm just tired of these ridiculous bad throws. I'm taking the next month off because that's all the media is going to talk about. Now with Romo hurt, Jerry has an excuse to keep Garrett. He's a terrible game manager. Did everyone see the play he challenged? I know that the players have to execute but he just wears on me. Marinelli is annoying me too. I know the defense did not lose the game but they can't drop on a fumble. How many passes have landed in a defender's hands and they drop it. I just hate the bend but don't break defense. Lee and McClain have been all over the map. This team cannot generate a pass rush. Every game it's the same thing. The O-Line is the biggest disappointment. Every guy on that line has under-performed. And Dez needs to shut up and play. Enough of jawing with people. Go make a play. Terrance Williams is the same way. He can't catch anything with his hands and disappears. Jerry needs to step aside and hire a General Manger. I'm not talking about his son either. I know it won't happen and the Cowboys might get some good draft picks but It won't do any good because the team is stuck with these coaches

Are they getting TO? No but it's just the way this season has gone. It's time to draft a QB and look for a RB between rounds 2-5 maybe if a guy like Taylor from UF comes out I don't know if he's eligible or not but in the 3rd would be good value. Hackenberg and Taylor would be good building blocks

He tried to force one to Witten over the shoulder of Kuechly too. It was a little underthrown and Kuechly made a great play. The other two were just poor reads.

Not many MLB's can make that play. He's one of them.

You need to learn some history. Callahan was HC of the Raiders when Gruden when to the SB. They played the Gruden coached Tampa Bay Bucs.

I don't care if offense is the issue. If We draft high enough to get Bosa, you absolutely do not pass on that guy!
