It's an Eagles line and now their fans believe they win the game because of it.

Yep.

But as I sit here, I am trying for the life of me to figure out how in the hell the Eagles can move the ball on that defense especially without Johnson at RT. I think Bradford is going to have to play an awful game, which is possible, for the Eagles to win.

The fact that it's a divisional rival on a Sunday Night telecast is the ONLY reason i hesitate to say this game will be a 14+ point walkover for the Cowboys. But for whatever reason, these games usually are fairly tight regardless of how the teams match-up at that time.
They used to. Maybe not anymore

I think the Eagles beat the Vikes this week in an upset, then Cowboys and Eagles have shoot out on 10/30. If Cowboys have zero turnovers, I say they win.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Philly upset Minny either. Nothing in their recent performances says it should happen... which in today's league makes it all too possible.

I think the book is out on Wentz...keep him in the pocket. He hasn't been very good at feeling the pass rush and anticipating his receivers, so he gets outside of the pocket to help with that. I don't expect a mush-rush or 3 man rushes like we did against the Packers, but keep him in the pocket nonetheless.

Offensively, we need to keep doing what we have been doing. This is where I like Dak because I can see the Eagles defense really crashing down an over-committing to the outside zone runs and Dak's bootleg ability hurting them. It's really what gets lost in all of the Dak/Tony talk...Dak's ability to stretch the defense horizontally. When you stretch them horizontally you can have a high scoring, efficient offense. And if Dez comes back into the fold nicely, now we can stretch defenses horizontally and vertically.

I don't think it's as important to get to Wentz as it is to keep him in the pocket. If you limit his running and make him make every throw, that's in the Cowboys favor. I'm also betting you can run wide on the Eagles. They went from a 3-4 to a 4-3 and they made their OLB's into DE's. Pull a guard on them and run, run, run.

SInce Wentz was an incredible 80% completion rate against the blitz, the Skins only rushed 4 and had more in coverage. This, plus the new RT allowed the Skins to get 5 sacks and hit Wentz a lot. As I said before on 10/30 - Dak vs. Wentz is must see TV!

once Logan went out the Eagles couldnt stop the run,the Skins made sure Cox didnt make the play and they had no answer
I agree the Eagles defense was not manned to the hilt, expect different results if they are at full strength. They are not the Broncos defense and have some issues that can be exploited by our strengths.

This. Good to know everyone feels so good about this game. Watch the Phi/min game closely. I think it goes down to the wire and Phi wins. They know the opposing QB tendencies as well and Min is due for a let down.
Not sure a phi win hurts or helps us win we play but I'm expecting some rust when we play them. Hope we play as well as everyone thinks. I think it's another 4th q brawl.

The way the skins rack up running yards against Philthy, We're going kill'm
Saying this early and often
Zeke should have a monster day

I know Zeke is a monster, but back in 2014 we had a solid 1,800 yard rusher, and Philly stuffed our run better than any team in the league that year

Styles make fights

This appears to be what the Skins did. Try to take the short stuff away and make him hold the ball.

Only problem is we don't come close to having edge rushers like Kerrigan and Smith.

Logan will be key. If he's out against us, we should be able to run. If he's playing, it could be tougher. The last couple of years we claimed we are going to run over the Eagles defensive front with our OL and yet the Eagles have probably played our OL better than any other team. That being said, that was a 3-4 defense in recent years and this is now a 4-3.
Logan is out for at least two weeks they are saying.
