i think he is . harris has zero catches thus far. Beasley is a better route runner . Id rather have beasley .... harris has never done anything to warrant he is better. Punt Returns dont count.

Harris is a better overall football player. Excellent returnee, great blocker, playmaker, etc. However Beasley is better at getting open. In fact I'd put Beasley right behind Dez in terms of the best wrs at getting open.

Harris made a lot of big plays for Dallas last season. He is a good punt returner, and I think we will see him make a lot of plays this year for us. Beasley is playing a lot more snaps b/c he is playing much later into the game than Dwayne. Dwayne leaves shortly after the starters do. So obviously, Beasley who is playing 25-30 snaps a game has better production in the preseason.

As a receiver, i still think he is. He brings something unique to our recieving corps that really no other receiver on our roster has. His shiftiness, quickness inside and the ability to get open so fast.

I love Harris, and have for a couple years now. I think he's our KR/PR and can help out as a receiver in the offense from time to time, as well.

guys lets just all agree we need both! beasley and harris are both good in the slot . I agree harris has more versatility but beasley is a better WR . Lets just be happy we have both i know i am.

Agreed. They are both locks. I like Beasley, i just like the toughness and ability to break tackles that Harris brings. Although I sure won't be mad on 3rd and 7 when Beasley finds a hole and slips into the perfect spot for Romo to hit him for a 1st down

Less than 1% chance we carry 3 QBs. Simply no need for it. And we don't have anyone worth developing.

And whoever said Stephens looked good is blind. The guy was terrible. Like, he couldn't walk on to a division I-AA college team level of bad.

Really the only play that Stephens made that stood out to me was the scramble, throw to Randle on 3rd down. What other play did he make that impressed you? Just curious. The two plays that he checked out of, turned into runs that lost yards.

He made a few good throws. He had that really bad throw. Just his fight to come back and scored what should have been the winning TD.

That throw was pretty bad. He didnt really have a ton of help from the WRs out there, and he was under duress quite a bit. I recall the Randle play, I thought that was a very nice play by him, get outside of the pocket, kept his eyes upfield and found Randle. Also nice touch on the underneath crossing route to Amos. Besides that, I dont really remember any plays that stood out.

Sick of the negativity though. He's a rookie, he's played 2 preseason games in his career. He's from a small school.

Chances are, he's not going to come in here and dominate right off the bat, ya know?

He'll make the team.. and if he ends up not becoming anything, it'll only make me regret us not taking Boykin last year even more.

Missed the in-game thread, but......that helmet-to-helmet from Jenkins to Dez, why no call? Was pretty blatant to me. Aside from the two obvious two early holding penalties against Oak, the officiating was bad early on.

Im pretty sure you can hit a runner with your helmet.. just not a defenseless receiver.

Wrong, any helmet-to-helmet is a penalty. Was a nice hit but illegal
