Sick of the Bradford sucks narrative. The dude completed 75% of his passes with twice as many yards as Dak behind the worst OL in football while getting his *** flattened multiple times. If their tight end would have caught that perfect touch pass that hit him in the hands in the end zone we might all be lamenting our second loss.

5.5 ypa will not win you many games.

At least this crew swallows the whistle on illegal contact and pass interference.

Maybe I'm biased but I really thought that the refs were trying to keep MN in the game. It just seemed that every time Dallas had a big play and flag was thrown.

The box score showed we were flagged for 10-78 and I believe MN had 7 or 8 called on them. Yes they missed the hands to the face on Bradford, but they also missed many other penalties for Dallas as well.

Let's just hope that we get better officiating in NY. That will be the test. But I swear it seemed as if the NFL wanted Dallas to lose that game to make the game with NY for the NFC East lead.

Did you watch the game in a bar or maybe you just don't have a DVR...

I watched the game in my house. And then when it was over I went to bed.

Because I don't consider myself a wannabe coach who goes back and watches a DVR'd game after it just happened.

Do you wear a fake headset when you watch the games?

Generally speaking I'm not into conspiracy theories, but the timing of some of those ticky tacky calls on us was certainly troubling.

Question, on that would-be 1st down catch to Witten that was called back because of the holding call on Elliott....was that a legit call?

I didn't think the refereeing was that bad. I'd like to see a better angle of the Free hold. It looked to me to be technically a hold, but Kendricks really sold it well. I would just like to see a better camera angle to see how bad of a hold it was.

The previous 4 games we had been screwed pretty badly by the refs, so in part I'm just glad to see us not get hosed by them in this game.

I can understand that Robison was upset with the non-call against Bradford at the end, but he's being silly otherwise. And even still, the left tackle for Minny appeared to make a false start to begin with.

The problem with the refs is multifold. They lack consistency and they struggle to figure out the penalties that they MUST call because they are so blatant. They tend to call a lot of questionable/could go either way penalties all of the time and then let too many blatant penalties go to the wayside.

Then they need to figure out how to use the instant replay. How to consistently make decisions when it is difficult to see what went on and make a decision accordingly where instant replay can be used as a fail-safe.

From there, they tend to use instant replay as a crutch and struggle to see things clearly.

Perhaps if the league focused on important penalties like pass interference (both offensive and defensive), holding and possession of the ball instead of end zone celebrations the refereeing would be better. Of course, I don't expect much improvement when the head of referees has never refereed a football game on any level (pro, semi-pro, college, high school or Pop Warner).

That was a blatant hold. I am getting embarrassed at the whining of Cowboys fans tonight.

No objectivity at all.

If you think that was a hold, they should stop playing the game at all. Because each and every block an offensive lineman makes must be a "hold" too. The defender flailed his arm and the referee bought it as a hold.

The officiating has been atrocious since the Thanksgiving game.

You guys need to watch it again. Nothing to do with the arms. It was nothing like a normal block.

I watched it enough times, thanks. It didn't look any more legit after the 5th time seeing it either.

Maybe you were looking at the wrong guy. It would make the fact that you think a blocker being behind the defender and restricting him is like normal block.

It would be moronic for a message poster to watch a play once and then go argue with people who have watched it multiple times in slow motion.

No, I'm looking at the right guy. The refs got it wrong, again!

You know what else is moronic? Claiming a poster is arguing about a call that the poster, in fact, hasn't argued about.

I haven't argued about Free's hold. That's why I asked people to remind me of the play because I don't remember it. I've uttered no opinion on the Free hold other than to say if it was the play that Collinsworth also thought was a tough call, I tended to agree with that.
