This is absurd.

'Take away the big plays and we made no big plays!'

Every single QB in the world gets yds that the WR puts up. Start taking YAC away and no one goes over 300.
True.
In fairness to Dak, a quarterback's job is to hit a receiver in stride and let him go.
How do you think Joe Montana got all those passing yards?

I am still NOT convinced.
While i do ENJOY the win for today, this does not CHANGE the fact that

Dak does not throw deep
Dak is a below average QB
Garrett still sucks

Cooper just put almost 200 yards on tape and will cause every D to start worrying about him. He needs another big game like this and we will stop seeing 8 man boxes.

The team needs to fine Zeke for that stunt. He could have cost us a pivotal game. I imagine if we had lost.

It was not illegal. Read the rules on celebrations.

Here's what the nfl.com reported on it:

Examples of celebrations to be allowed under the new guidelines:

» Using the football as a prop after a touchdown
» Celebrating on the ground
» Group demonstrations

The relaxed rules aren't a free for all. Offensive demonstrations, celebrations that are prolonged and delay the game, and celebrations directed at an opponent, will still be penalized, the letter said, in order continue "sportsmanship, clean competition, and setting good examples for young athletes."

In short, three-pump twerking is still a no-go.

"[Team owners] recognize that sportsmanship is an important thing for [players] to demonstrate on the field in large part because of the people who are watching," Goodell said. "And also to keep high standards and that's something that is why we will want to continue to have their involvement."

The decision to let players celebrate more freely is a long-awaited relief for players and fans alike. Commence the creativity.

I thought the Cowboys were going to let that one slip away.
Garrett tried but failed. LMAO

But seriously I'm not surprised by this win. I knew this could happen after we lost to the Titans. The path to the playoffs is in our control right now. Will we beat the Saints? I remember a time that we upset them once, maybe we can do it again?

Huge shoutout to Amari Cooper. Let's go Cowboys!!:flagwave:

Are you kidding? They could fine a player for anything they wish. I said the team needs to fine him, not the league. YOU need to read. FACT - Zeke could have cost us the game, unnecessary risk dude.
