I won't be shocked at all to see him restructure and stay on board

That is about what I expect too.

But then again, if he got cut, he would get signed quickly. There are still a few teams that are looking for CBs, Pittsburgh in particular.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that Joseph will not play at all in 2016 due to his knee injury. He will have a red shirt year, essentially. Some team that can afford to sit him for a year will get a steal if they can get him in round three, though there's a good chance one of the playoff teams picking lower in the rounds will take him at the bottom part of the 2nd..

I'm not hearing reports of a redshirt season, but he will have to check out medically. Given that situation, I would expect him to be available at the top of round 3, and a combination of a Reggie Nelson signing now and drafting Joseph for the future could set this team up nicely for the future.

If he has to get his agent situation resolved, how can there be an agreement in place? Wouldn't the agent have a say in that?

I hope, for his sake, that you're right about his availability, but I sure thought I read several reports that said his knee was not healing quickly and that it was widely feared he would miss the '16 season. Of course, that could have been the case but has since changed...don't know for sure. I certainly would strongly consider using our third on him if he were there, but this team has a lot of holes to fill, so I could also see them passing on him in round there if a highly coveted player slipped to them at that spot. Man, the draft can't get here soon enough.

I like the signing for depth, but I feel this basically closes the door on any possibility of drafting Zeke, which I think is a shame.

It's looking strongly like QB or Bosa at this point.

I think they will draft Bosa and move Lawrence back to the weakside again.

Yeah think your right about this meaning no Elliot. I think these moves with the fact that we are not addressing backup QB says webare drafting QB at 4 which we should

Restructure Carr and then resign J Crawford and go and get Mike Neal or Jason Jones and I'd feel somewhat decent about this team going into next year...

Didn't know Robinson's bounce back year occurred in the slot. Wonder if this means they keep him there and move Orlando outside.

Or do we risk putting Robinson outside and getting the Saints version of him?

Just not at $9 mil a season and probably not at $5 mil a season either.

I think resign J Crawford and draft a guy.
