I don’t think it’s Takk, he’s PS insurance for an injury but he’s bounced around more and done less statistically than Basham. He’s not good enough to warrant an outright roster spot.

This is for Tyron or James Washington. Maybe OBJ as well.

Not sure if it comes down to these two guys, but I’d rather have Basham than James “Chloe Moeretz” Washington.

What it came down to is Basham is pretty much only an edge rusher, and the Cowboys have 5 players that do that better than Basham.

I guess the release of Basham could be to activate Washington but I thought they would wait until they know if they're signing OBJ before activating a WR from IR.

I'm curious if they can get an exemption for OBJ to practice a couple of weeks before counting against the 53. He could start out on the practice squad but his ego might not allow that to happen.

With Bosa out, Golston would start for the Chargers right now. (I follow them closely) You fail to appreciate how scarce solid edge players are and how incredibly stacked the Cowboys are.

Not only will Basham get gobbled up...he'll see a lot of immediate playing time.

that's a barely at the end of the roster fringe player- not a difference maker.
Only played Tampa ....and very limited snaps in GB game
