I think people are so blah about the whole Zeke decline that they don’t realize Pollard and Zeke are 2 completely different players even if they play the same position. Like Mike Lombardi said on 105.3 a few weeks back, you pay Pollard because he’s a WEAPON, whereas Zeke is in old-school RB that has gone the way of the dinosaurs.
Zeke at the time was not washed up but yes, at this time, it is better to have Pollard

Thank you. Pollard and Lamb = good.

Zeke better be cut if we are going to do this. Draft Pollard’s replacement in this draft

Personally if it comes down to a long term deal or a tag I hope it is the tag. Five years is about the average career for an NFL running back. And Pollard is coming off an injury. IMO of the two choices the tag is the best option.

We all knew this

And believe it or not. It’s absolutely the right decision.
It is the right decision
We have two actual playmakers or offense and to let a legit playmaker walk is certainly not the way to get better
Zeke should be gone but you don’t let pollard walk. You use pollard just like SF uses CMC

Because if you tag him he’s getting paid $10 million dollars this year. Why would he agree to much less than that when he can play for $10 million this year and then hit the market next year.

Good point they mentioned that somewhere I heard it on YouTube I think. So tag him for one year and work out a long term deal

Jerry Jones makes the wrong decision 9 out of 10 times ........ and that's probably giving him to much credit.

It's not. He will never be a number 1. He's too upright and narrow which leads to injuries and he's on the 2nd half of his career. The correct move would be to let him walk and watch him touch nowhere near what they are going to overpay him.
