Cowherd’s Top 10 QBs heading into 2023

I would take him over Lawrence…….at this point. He’s an impressive dude and was clearly an MVP candidate this season

i wouldn’t have said that last season. I had Dak over him in ranking NFC East qbs before the season started

I agree. I have Hurts in front of both Lawrence and Dak. He has earned that after in incredible season and SB. Lawrence is just starting to find his footing. If you take out potential Lawrence is just outside the top 10 for me if not at 10.

List isnt THAT bad. Of course leaving Dak off the top 10 and putting him way down is a joke, but thats what a hater does to make a point.

Nothing says Dak is a top 10 QB. Almost every category he is in the 12-15 range, well except for interceptions where he is #1

Thats a complete lie. Most of the core efficiency stats show he well within the top 10 QB's.

Why? Dude had a fantastic year on an offense that features some pretty mediocre weapons. Next on the list is probably some order of Dak, Geno Smith, Kirk Cousins, Tua. I think it's very reasonable to take Goff as the best of that grouping.

I know Hebert is everyones darling, but his teams haven done nothing. I like him, but he gets too much credit. Allen is simply incredible No way is Hebert above Allen. Allen can beat you with both his legs and his arm and his team was suspect this season.

Allen and burrows are interchangeable. I just really like Burrows. If they every get an Oline over there Mahomes is the only guy with a shot.

Allen is a gunslinger just as likely to lose you the game by taking a dumb risk. Most of his turnovers were really bad. He can do all of these things but his decision making cost them repeatedly this year.

Meanwhile Herbert can make all of those throws and more. Allen is more mobile but far more turnover prone and turnovers lose you games.

What's funny about Cowherd is after Hurts struggles a for a few weeks next season, he'll rank him at 15 and claim he never believed Hurts was a franchise guy.


As for the list...I mean it's fine I guess. We're going to see about 50 million of these lists over the next 3 months. IMO it's Mahomes, Burrow then the rest.

We can disagree. Allen is great at everything. One high turnover year because he had to do too much on his own doenst move the needle for me.

Herbert can make all the throws no doubt but seems to choke in the 4h quarters and 2nd half of seasons since he has been in the NFL. Not a vocal leader either. Quiet and shy type.

With this being arguably his worst season stat wise with the pick it should be obvious how good he is considering that in his worst season he was 12th.

We dont get to cherry pick seasons, games, or stats in evaluations. Thats what trolls do.

Factual data shows Dak is rated 12th overall. Historical data shows he has consistently been 12th-15th.
In 7 years he was won 2 playoff games.

But feel free to believe in your mind he is a top 10 QB.
