I think he’s a Lawrence replacement.

Get rid of that contract asap and get a more talented player for 5 years on the cheap.

We almost never take risks anymore.

The talent evaluation on Phillips isn’t difficult. After you get past the medicals it becomes a gut decision about where you think his mindset is.
