Guys, until the culture of this team changes, we will be a frustrated fan base. Nobody on this team fears losing their job. If Jimmy was clapping when you were coming off the field, it was because he was glad you wouldn't be playing for him next week. Couple that with all the off-field issues and suspensions and it's a recipe for disaster.

There is no discipline in this organization and that needs to change. This team caught people by surprise last year. That's gone now and we have a coaching staff that is about as vanilla as I've ever seen. They have no imagination. Hate to say it, but its gonna be a long frustrating year guys. Not giving up on them, by any means, but I have very little faith in this coaching staff.....

The clapping is annoying, but accountability is the real issue here. They all talk about it, but they just keep making the same mistakes.

For instance They are being stubborn with Collins at RT IMO and the staff won't take accountability for that at all.

Has he been that awful though (Collins)? He hasn't been great, but we knew it would take a few games for him to get his feet under him, and hes had to take on some of the best ends in the league.

He was ranked something like 69 of 72 or something like that. It's been pretty bad.

On one play today there was a run play that went left after Zeke had just broken off a 15 yard run and Collins man made the tackle. He got beat bad.

PFF said he was horrible vs Denver even though he had Von Miller under control until the 4th when we abandoned the run and he could just pin his ears back

CowboysZone ULTIMATE Fan
Win = Culture is great
Lose = Culture sucks

This is simple, we yet again got out coached. And a selfish player trying to make a name for himself in Switzer. And poor defense and poor players on defense. Like Crawford and Heath. Jaylon Smith looked as bad as he did good.

They need to draft LB's, but instead they drafted Switzer and 2 DT in the 7th when they do not need to.

There hasn't been a culture of accountability under Garrett's regime since Marion Barber violated Red's vaunted dress code and got nothing more than a light slap on the wrist for it.

ask yourself... would you have made this thread if we go down and score on the final drive?

Absolutely would have still felt the same. There was no excuse for this game to even be close. We have some waaay overrated players and horrible coaching. That catches up.

Best thing about Romo leaving is that he isn't there to hide Garrett's inability to do anything that resembles actual coaching. Maybe we will get rid of him yet.
