So how much would the dead cap hit be if Dak was traded after 1st June 2027? The no trade clause probably wouldn't be too much of an issue as he can basically be told that unless he accepts a trade he will not be playing, they can besmirch his character in the media, especially in light of his personal life saga this off season and paint him in a horrible way which would seriously impact any media aspirations after he retires especially as JJ surely has a bit of influence and he would go down as even more of a joke quarterback if he was happy to get paid as a backup and not want to play and compete elsewhere. My mistake, not cut, trade after 1 June,

It went over my head that they restructured his contract. Absolutely brain dead. So they will be lumbered with him for several more years. I was expecting this to be his last season especially after yet another inevitable failure.
