Good amount of talent, but coaching and culture are the limiting factors…..softness, not enough bullies, not enough people who get legit mad with loses….instead people exchanging jerseys after a loss.Cowboys have the number one reason for failure.

You are only as strong as your weakest link, and our weakest links are very weak. Supplement the talent we've got with a few ultra-talented players and the outcome might be different. We've gone without a game-changing 3-tech pretty much ever since we switched back to a 4-3 after Wade. We depend too much on cheap players to fill starting roles. You've got to do some of that, but that's all we do other than rely on the draft and some low-cost trades, which also come with with hit-and-miss results.

He's had two coaches who would push back on him - Jimmy and Parcells - and they're both in the HOF. Jerry wasn't happy with either of them. He ran off Jimmy and only hired Parcells to get his stadium referendum passed. Everywhere in between it's a certain type:
