I don't believe Cowboys fans are in general any more passionate then any other fans and in the big picture, the significant amount of media exposure the Cowboys get does lead to more casual bandwagon type fans than most teams will have.

While the Cowboys do have a Travel Club which Jethro started when he became owner which I’m not sure other teams have , most of our attendance in opposing stadiums is from fans that live in or near that area.

California has always had a huge Cowboys base cause of our Training Camps there plus Calif is a melting pot. Arizona and Nevada another big Cowboys area cause of retirees from Texas.

And as we have seen the infiltration in Cowboys stadium in Arlington from opposing fans it’s largely based from those who have migrated to Texas bringing their fandom with them. There are some fans who fly in as Cowboys are a destination location but not tens of thousands .

The Dolphins' fan base is not even half of what the Cowboys' fan base is. The Cowboys continue to be popular not because they are a winning franchise but because they are seen as the cool team = pop team. Nobody commercializes an NFL franchise like Jerry Jones, nothing wrong with Kelce's statement just stating the obvious.

cowboys fans are born, they dont become fans from exposure.

The only reason the Cowboys are popular is those of us that were kids when they were actually good 25 years ago are grown ups now that spend money and prop up the teams value and popularity.
