On the Buc and Kincade show they mentioned that Deangalo Hall is just a few days away from becoming a Giant.....sucks huh? I was looking forward to having T New and D Hall shuting down WR together.

Buck and Kincade. Yeah, there's a source to trust.

:bang2:

I'll believe that Hall is going to the Giants when Mort reports that he's coming to Dallas. That guy is almost always wrong on Dallas.

YAKUZA

I for one am happy if it's true.

He can go to New York and be overpaid in addition to being overrated!

:jackpot:

Hall is incredibly overrated.

I, for one, will look forward to Owens eating his lunch twice a year.

Me as well. I was not a fan of the trade rumors I heard for D Hall.

Well you are partially correct...Newman would be shutting them down. Hall would be getting toasted as usual.

fortunately for Us Hall is NOT ALL THAT!
T.O. is just gonna LIGHT HIM UP twice a year now is all that means!

Great. Our receivers can toast him twice a year instead of once every four years.

Thank God Jerry came to his senses and didnt fork over a 1st rounder for Mr. Toast.

Stupid Giants just loss their 1st (maybe more) and Hall will take a huge chunck out of their cap. Wasnt he wanting like $20-$25 mill signing bonus.

Dropping that type of coin on Hall is just ********, seriously.

The asking price for Patriots cornerback Asante Samuel is somewhere between $10 and $11 million per season. The Saints are currently the leader to land Samuel, although that could change. Samuel's price got this high because Atlanta's disgruntled DeAngelo Hall is asking for $10 million. The Giants aren't really interested because they won't pay Hall's price, but there is no doubt Atlanta will trade him for a first-round draft choice.

Heres the link

Are you being sarcastic?

I'd rather he went in another division.

While many of you may be under the illusion Hall has no skill what so ever, he is a young talented corner that would be teaming up with another young and talented CB behind a consistant pass rush.

He won't have to be spectacular to have a big impact on a team like that. The Giants defense is much better than the Falcons D.

I didn't really want him here, for the price he was asking anyway, but I would be much happier to see him in a Bills uniform or something.

Exactly. Now TO can toast him 2 times a year like he did when in Atlanta. Never seen a guy get toasted so much and somehow still be considered a shut down corner. If he was on the Boys I would hate to see what this board would be saying when he gets dominated practically every game. He probably wanted out of Atlanta simply to get away from being terrorized by Steve Smith 2 times a year.
