Cooper Rush finished the season with an 80% win percentage and beat two playoff teams.

Dak finished the season with a 64% win percentage and beat four playoff teams.

I’m not sure who had the better year.

Hey, Dak's a nice guy. He just isn't a leader. He isn't NFL caliber as a quarterback. That doesn't make him a bad guy; it's just the way it is.
The Cowboys need to move on from him and find a true leader at qb, and then they can take the next step. I knew when they got rid of Garrett but kept Dak it would be the same story, because Garrett and Dak are just alike.
This is not a personality contest. I could care less about personality if the guy is a franchise QB. Dak is not and will never lead us to the promised land. Never.

I’m tired of seeing the camera focus on Dak after a mistake or bad throw to show him there with his mouth half way open looking shook. “I need to be better”….I’m tired of hearing that year after year. They cowboys D had the clamps on SF most of the game….they had 100 yards total until Dak threw that pic just before the half when we were in their red zone which likely took points of the board for us. Several times held them to field goals or made them punt….CMC and Deebo didn’t really do anything. Our offense and Dak were just bad. I get we lost TP, but we could t get anything through the air outside CD.

Dak did not give himself a 160 million dollar contract...the 80 year owner did, Jones is the real problem with this team
He held out two or three years for it. So you're wrong there. I bet if you would have taken a Team friendly deal, say 25 million he wouldn't have had as much pressure on him. I bet he wouldn't Force as many throws. Just my opinion. And then we'd also have more weapons. But obviously intelligence is not his forte.

It pisses me off every time he throws a pick it's like it's no big deal..He should be visibly mad and he just trots off the field like nothing happened. Drives me nuts, own up and show some frustration and be a leader.

Good quarterbacks are in high demand because there aren't many of them.

I said he didn't deserve that contract the day he started refusing to sign. I wanted to go with Dalton or rush. Look who was right.
QBs are in high demand because NFL rules are based around them - if you don't have a good QB the chances of winning a Super Bowl are slim. Somehow college football, you can get by with middling QBs. But the NFL you absolutely NEED a great QB for sustained success.

Agreed. Aikman acted like he just got the news of his mother passing away after every interception he threw.

Now Dak has reached that stage where he will just keep saying all of the right things to still fool a few fans. The last few years of his Cowboys career will be all about preserving his brand...he knows he is about to start declining as a QB

And that creates parity because they take up such a huge chunk of the cap that you don't have much money to sign other players. It makes all the teams on a More Level Playing field.

Empty. meaningless words that we have heard a thousand times over. Tired of hearing him say these things, knowing how he'll refuse to get better next season.
