He left us a championship caliber team. The following season they won 13 games. Jerry completely blew it. He game us a mediocre HC and forced Jason Garrett on him. The team just deteriorated fast after that.

1. I am not a “Dak hater”— I am just not willing to overlook his flaws and I don’t think his leadership is above critique.

2. You bring up his comment about the Minny game. It proves my point. This team is inconsistent. They play down and lose at GB. Then they have to work themselves “up” to perform to expectations vs Minny to rebound and prove who they are? Just shows they are immature, inconsistent, easily distracted, and quick to get complacent and self-satisfied. If they are capable of that kind of performance— why not treat every game as a “playoff” game and take the league by storm? What is taking place in the team’s psyche and mindset that have to work themselves up to play their best?

No wonder they are up and down. They obviously aren’t focused on bringing their best effort week in and week out if they can “turn it on” when they perceive a game is a “playoff game”

Like I said, has nothing do with balance of the season, but has a lot do with Dallas building some cohesiveness as a team and gaining some needed momentum.

I wish— for once (since Parcells left)— this team would do their talking on the field. If they go out and lose to Minshew tomorrow night, they will have earned every bit of disrespect they get.

What do they earn by talking this game up? If they win— the story will be they beat a backup QB. If they lose, they are a joke. SMH… I fail to see the upside of trying to declare this game some kind of measuring stick now that Hurts has been ruled out.

like all the teams that lost to foles in 2017 or how about teams who lost to rush this season, rush is 5-1 and not a great talented QB, i guess those teams should be embarrassed like oh say the SB teams in the rams and Bengal's.. all is lost to Rush!
