My favorite part of dak is he is not losing games. That's the best thing from him so far

Dak is real playing nicely, but I'm looking forward to opening up the playbook and getting the ball downfield with Romo.
Big romo fan and supporter here but I will tell you to enjoy it while you can.

I love everything about Dak. I just want the gameplan to include some deepthrows to take the lid off the defense.

He has the kind of composure that tells you he wont be overwhelmed come playoff time.

Plays with maturity, leadership and does not make the killer impulsive throws that end games and seasons.

Dak should be 2-0...but regardless nothing about him says ROOKIE.
Yes, there is. They aren't giving him much of the playbook because he can't audible like Romo.

But he's only going to get better.

in his defense, two were dropped last week

For sure, but Romo is one of the best in the league at throwing contested balls because he's been practicing for years with Dez and Witten. The redzone throw to Witten this game that got defended was simply put on the wrong side of his body. That's a TD with Romo and something Dak will get better at. Windows are just smaller in this league, he'll adjust because I think he's shown to be pretty accurate with the football so far.

Dak still hasn't thrown an interception. His decision making has been terrific.

He's played well. But 0 TD and 0 INT's passing.

I expect him to continue to grow. He made a nice leap from the Giants game.

Even if Dak wins out until Romo comes back, Romo starts when he's ready. The good thing in that is that the pressure to rush Romo back won't be there. This is still Romo's team. Now next year? That's when things will get interested.

If Dak continues to play like this and we can at least maintain a .500 record, it lets Romo sit and be fully ready when he returns rather than rushing back to salvage the season and risking it like last year.

Romo will not be back. If he is, he'll last less than 3 plays.

It's not a joke.
