I support this team, and have for 50 years, but I would not not do what people like you or rock do by calling people out, name calling, or telling them how to be a fan.

Especially when their point of view has some degree of validity to it, just as your does (IMHO for both). Reality normally lies between.

The nonstop whining on a daily basis has taken its toll. It's pathetic. Can't even enjoy talking about our team without the majority complaining.

Micah's brother was making various excuses for Micah refusing to show up to OTAs, starting off with his contract and wanting to get paid royally already even though he is still under contract for 2 more seasons, Micah being busy at the moment with personal commitments, and how OTAs are strictly voluntary......just to name a few.

The thing about Cowherd is that he is a self-proclaimed know-it-all. I have always though he occasionally states he was wrong about a topic so some of his viewers will temper their response to his past comments.

This is the central problem with the majority of sports talking heads. They are proactive about saying 'I told you so' and taking credit later whenever it is convenient to them. They are not unlike some outside the media in that way.

The difference between the public and them is that they are often paid handsomely for typically narrow and/or slanted commentary. A few of that number are compensated far more by comparison. And the internet and social media has created a medium for far many more 'less polished' commentators to mimic them for profit as well.
