I don’t follow the host of this vid. so, I have no reference regarding the type of content he puts out, but I appreciate him holding Micah’s feet to fire and for not letting his bro off the hook by simply agreeing with all his comments. I’d say a pretty solid interview.

My favorite part is Micah and CD speaking about holding people accountable yet neither one of those two has been present thus far to follow through with this task. Love it when leaders set the tone.

TP is not a good spokesperson for Micah. I’d say the more he talked the deeper the hole he dug. Once again, it’s just bad Parsons optics. Too much talk of $$$$, other obligations, and an excuse of Micah not being here long enough (25 yr. old man, mind you) to feel comfortable being a vocal leader. In general, listening to TP makes one want to shower to rid oneself of all the grime. I feel as if I should apologize for all the stupidity coming from my hometown of Harrisburg, PA.

Part of me hopes Guyton has a very nasty streak, loses patience with Micah at training camp, and delivers a Deacon Jones head slap to Micah’s ear hole. We’re still waiting for this leader to show himself – it’s time.

For those who didn’t watch it the entire video can come summed up with Micah isn’t showing up because of money.
This is why the team should be very concerned about breaking the bank for him. He's got the wrong attitude, and just wants that big bag. Highly likely to get paid and mentally check out.

His podcast and branding are more important to him than showing up for work and being a leader.

Support or blind allegiance? There is a fine line between the two.

I support this team, and have for 50 years, but I would not not do what people like you or rock do by calling people out, name calling, or telling them how to be a fan.

Especially when their point of view has some degree of validity to it, just as your does (IMHO for both). Reality normally lies between.

As for the video, yes it's kinda long, but some good info in it. Thanks for posting.
Everyone deserves to be a fan the way they want.
Coward is fair weather, and has been forever.

In his defense it is right to change your opinion based on ever changing data, but he still comes off fair weather.

I've seen him up and down on us and he'll lean whichever direction the wind blows. Don't have to watch him to know he's probably not speaking favorably of us currently.
I have no issue with him being wrong 90 percent is the time. It’s him not acknowledging it is what’s bothersome.

So for us who don't want to watch these videos, what's the reason he says Micah didn't show?
All I need to know is Parsons did this last year it's nothing to see here lots of players around the league some veterans choose to do this and not show up for voluntary workouts.. Parsons played all year last year he didn't hold out I don't know what the big deal is our players are not the only players doing this

How does Micah not showing up for OTAs make him more money? Did he explain that?
Actually it's less in a lot of ways there are a lot of teams that give people bonuses for showing up for these things matter of fact I shot sorry the other day, a player chose to skip lost about $200,000 in bonus money... Lots of veterans are not show up for these voluntary workouts some lose money because they get bonuses for doing so and they choose to not come anyway that tells you what they think about it they have their own process in the offseason they work out with their own coaches other players in other States and some players just don't show up and everybody reads what they want into it just so there's content and stories to discuss...

6:30 in the video TP says something to the effect of if a man hasn’t received the benefits of his work why should he be expected to do anything that isn’t mandatory.

He’s not saying missing OTAs gets him more money but he’s essentially arguing that for $24M over the next two years Micah shouldn’t be expected to go above minimum requirements.

“Would you go to work when you’re not being paid”

There are a ton of quotes in here that fans won’t love if they listen to the video. Luckily for Micah this only has a few thousand views on YT so the sound bites might not reach the major networks, but I really don’t think Terrence did Micah any favors with this interview. Even if a lot of it’s true it won’t be well received by the average person.

Maybe people on this board should push this out and make it more popular. Micah needs to distance himself from these comments ASAP.

So should we read into this is Lamar Jackson about to hold out the man just lost $750,000 for skipping OTA's is he making a statement that was what his bonus was in his contract for coming to these voluntary workouts that he chose to skip just like Parsons just like lamb and many others who also lost money by not showing up not making a statement and not holding out can we stop the nonsense??!! When they don't show up for game one I'll start to worry in the meantime I'm not worried one bit...

Cowboys fans are understandably more concerned with how Micah Parsons conducts himself than how the players on the other 31 teams conduct themselves.

Micah's brother was making various excuses for Micah refusing to show up to OTAs, starting off with his contract and wanting to get paid royally already even though he is still under contract for 2 more seasons, Micah being busy at the moment with personal commitments, and how OTAs are strictly voluntary......just to name a few.
This is concerning to me. Given Parsons is a no show against good teams and a no show in the playoffs and now a literal no show for team’s activities because he busy with personal commitments. This guy should not be resigned. He may be talented but he’s a loser.

Parsons had ONE tackle vs. Green Bay.
Go back and watch that game and specifically Micah. He completely no showed. He quit, he avoided contact, he avoided the RB, basically he just ran around Ala Jaylon Smith. I mean this started the first drive. He just didn’t want to be there.

Micah has ate the cheese on his career. He read the clippings about how he’s the new LT, he’s a fraud, a regular season stat padder who collects stats against the Giants and Commanders but against good teams he pouts like a jr high girl that just lost her iPhone.

We can’t pay him “royal money”, especially if he’s not with his team because he has “personal commitments “.

This is why you can't make players a leader just because they are talented.
