Its a necessary evil at this point. What's the alternative? Just to bring the same team back? And for the record I believe he's not the only one. There's a few more that need to go.
Well, I would suggest building the D and O line, RB and LB positions better. Just like I did this past offseason, lol.
Pollard is NOT even a top 10 RB. Our defense routinely gets run all over.

In other words, they were outcoached, outschemed, and outplayed.

This is an interesting breakdown of what the Packers did and how they were ready for certain plays that Dallas runs quite a bit. Clearly Big Mike had tendencies they picked up on and exploited.

I just need him gone. I don't harbor any bad feelings about him. He seems like a great guy. Good with fans, never embarrasses the franchise, etc. I also don't think he sucks. He's actually a good QB.

But I need him gone. I need a new era of QB in Dallas.
This is all I have to say as well. Every word

Grass is greener, but that's not a thing with QBs. Think back to the loads of BS after Aikman retired.
You guys always harken back to those squads when thinking about what happens with poor QB play. That’s what happens when you pay way too much money to aging veterans, have no clue about how to approach free agency in the cap era, are terrible at draft evaluation and player development, hire coaching staff that are okayish coordinators and have poor head coaching skills. Also trading away two first round picks for Joey Galloway. None of those teams were built to win more than 5 games. Good QB or bad QB.

Right. They grow on trees. I'll stick with my opinion.

:hammer: :hammer::hammer::hammer::hammer::hammer::hammer::hammer::hammer::hammer:Mike's offense will never succeed with Dak in the playoffs, the heavy pass scheme needs a QB that can adjust, change the play, look for the creases in the defense, beat the pressure and make the tough throws ala Rodgers/ Brady/ P Manning, that is not Dak.

We need a good run game, but then again, we have a scat back as our no.1 RB and aging Online with a lightweight for a center.
