So perhaps the next game the owner and coaches can walk out into the huddle and hold Dak's hand during the game.
....or snatch the tablet, headset, and game attire off the OC in one big swoop....in front of everybody and the cameras. That would nice to see too. Wouldn't you agree?

I know it's not all his fault but we've seen a multi-year pattern of Dak not winning big games.
He does great against average to bad teams but comes up short.
He get's paid $40 million to win those games and he almost always fails.
Dak is a great talker but his skills have diminished as far as becoming an above average QB.
This wasn't supposed to be one of those big games smh. And he still couldn't win.

Anytime the other side has a real QB it becomes one of those games. He knows he's getting exposed and is desperate to get a win against one of the big guns to slow the bleeding.

No crap. Doesn't change the fact he's going to be taking up 20% of the cap the next two seasons, so that's going to limit getting him the help he needs.

And it's not just Jerry's fault, it's all owners fault for allowing the QB market to get out of control like this.
well do you think even if Jerry had available funds to make improvements he would? I dont agree with Daks contract or Zeke or DLaw or all the others previously that have been overpaid but its not my $$ so I dont care but that said Jerry has bloomingdales and Nordstrom money but shops at thrift stores.

So blame the OC when Dak has been known to call out of run plays to pass plays? Okay.
Guess we'll need a trial or summit for that. I'm not going to excuse our still-inexperienced OC so easily or grant immunity. OC known to be out-coached on a regular basis.

I would change that to games on the big stage, which this was, the media and TV made sure of that. They couldn't even out sell this with the possible SB matchup in BUF. MIN was flawed, that would show up in BUF.

The better the team or the brighter the lights on the game does not bring out his best and he can get that shell shocked look on his face. He looks stunned at times.

Well, turns out MIN was for real and DAL is flawed. Flawed with the most basic and recurring one a team can have, cannot stop the run.

When will this brain trust learn anything? It is basic and fundamental, the run must be stopped or nothing else matters. Oh, they can entertain as they did with the #1 O in the league last season but what happened when the bully came to town ready to run?

And fixing the run defense begins with the off season, not in season.

And if they make it, think they won't see the run in the playoffs?

Are you seriously going there?????? I've been saying this about Dak "TOAD HUNTER" Prescot for YEARS. He has his big games against the TOADS in the league, but when he's in a meaningful game he's nowhere to be found! Rogers came into the game with a banged-up thumb and a team that resembled a AAA team than an NFL team and they made the Clownboys look horrible. When they were hugging and back slapping each other with that 14 point lead I thought to myself, they're going to lose this game and sure enough they did. FATA$$ MM should have been in his players faces yelling this game isn't over, but no he was celebrating right along with the players !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your QB has to play BIG when it matters...even if they are not considered elite. The Brad Johnson/Trent Dilfer days of bus driving to a Super Bowl are long gone. Even Eli, Flacco, Nick Foles, and Stafford had to step up and make winning plays in big moments on the road in order to win it all. I have zero confidence in Dak playing at that level. He is more likely to do something stupid like running a QB draw with no timeouts left than take the team on a game-winning drive in the playoffs.

The other concerning trend in such games? Lousy run defense.

Dak is Dak, he's not going to magically transform into someone else. But for crying out loud, can we ever fix the run defense? How many years does it take?

Somewhere CJ Anderson is laughing his behind off.

He is magically transforming into a worse version of himself as a QB though.

He won't run the ball, he's slow and plodding, he's turning it over, he makes bone head decisions, and his accuracy is as bad as I've seen it in 7 years....

He's regressed and is magically becoming someone else, in a worse way though lol

I still say his major regression came after last season's injury. It just mentally changed him.

Dak is what he is it's not going to magically change. Until idiot Kellen Moore understands you can't let Dak drop back 46 times or you are simply going to lose period this will continue to happen. He is a 40 million dollar bus driver.
Until idiot Moore designs a gameplan that requires Dak to make one read on a play then we're screwed. Other teams have QBs that do not excel in reading defenses and they gameplan to help their QB. Why can't Moore?
