Yes, Dak must play better this season than last season, but the offense should be fine if Mike and Brian know what they’re doing.

I‘m actually more interested in seeing if this defense can be as dominant as we’ve built them up to be. Our emphasis on defense in team building in recent years is a wise choice, even over OL depth, but will the defense stop the run? Will they stop the screens and short passes that are coming to avoid out pass rush?

This season, and especially the road games like Sunday night, will depend as much or more on whether we have a dominant, shut down defense or just some great pass rushers who don’t set the edge in the run game while DTs get pushed around. NY with Barkley and Jones as run threats will be a good first game test. If this defense is for real, NY should not score 20 points without help from our offensive turnovers or special teams breakdowns.

The offense is never fine when they need ot to be.
That's why the issue is Dak. That's why the focus is on Dak.
The defense can't be as good when the offense doesn't do it's part, and that can't happen when Dak ckokes.

Not at all i'll be honest I don't even know what CCBoy is talking about lol. He just accused me of wanting Dak cut....i've been accused of being a Dak homer but now I want him cut. The anti crowd of Mountaineer and Pappy are safe. I won't step on their toes its still pro Dak here lol.
