Lol at the stats. We couldn't run the ball to save our lives, and he got out of at least 3-4 sacks because of his strength alone. The handcuffs were on and he still moved the ball. This was the first knock that I noticed form him yesterday. When a ball gets away from him was his feet that failed him. We new he was a bit erratic in his throws from time to time and needed to work on it.

Dak did everything they asked him to do and played well. No question about it.

And how much help did he really have? Dez dropped a TD pass. Plenty of other drops. His head coach is a "play not to lose" moron that lacks creativity and stones. And the run game didnt do much either.

For a 1st game rookie, I didn't think he stunk by any means.
Good poise overall, I thought.

If you are comparing to other starters around the league--which we are--,it wasn't so great.

He'll get through his reads quicker as we move along. They had deeper routes available in the route trees--regardless of what some are saying. he kept going underneath.
And talks of drops of very difficult (even dangerous) passes are total BS. It's a team game and there were 20 incomplete passes...several that could have been picked. They weren't all dropped.

He will continue to improve.

This guy is a quick learner. This was the first REAL live action with half time adjustments, etc.
