No, Romo didn't turn anything around late in his career. If he did then the Cowboys would have something to show for it. Romo, like Dak, squandered many chances by consistently coming up small when it mattered most. That's his legacy. There will be no rewriting of history.
Preach! That being said, Romo was better than Dak.

Do you know how ridiculous of a statement that is. Prescott was a comeback fourth quarter best in the league quarterback at one time.
If you haven't seen that shell shocked look Dak has in these playoffs games you need glasses.
No, you’re just making stuff up.
You ever notice how other players don't hang around Dak on the sidelines especially when he is in full on choke mode? Even the coaches don't go over there with a tablet to explain what the defense is doing and where to go with the ball. Dak gets knocked down and none of offensive lineman help him up. You better get your glasses on if you dont see that. Daks always jogging back to the locker room by himself. Players actions say a lot!

Yeah, I am not going to bite on this nonsense. Dan Marino never won a Super Bowl, and how long did it take Elway and Peyton Manning? I am not suggesting Dak is as good as either of those QBs. the point is it is a team game and teams built by Jerry Jones do not win championships because he does not value defense.

and btw, the Eagles win despite Jalen Hurts, not because of him. I think Dak is better than Jalen Hurts. Don't be surprised if the Eagles trade Hurts in the next year or 2.

Are you kidding me? THIS is his legacy:

"[In the ten seasons that Tony Romo has been the starting quarterback, he's engineered some great fourth-quarter heroics to bring the Cowboys to victories. Since 2006, no quarterback has had more fourth-quarter comeback victories, 25 to be exact, than Tony Romo. His passer rating in the final quarter of football is an astounding 102.9, five points higher than the number two guy (Aaron Rodgers). Romo also holds the mantle of most game-winning drives among active quarterbacks (29) as well as passer rating in the final two minutes (93.1)."

Regular season "legacy". That's it. None of that amounted to anything for the playoffs. 2 wild card wins, just like Dak. Both of them are one in the same. Had some very good regular season teams but fizzled out in the playoffs.

All true.

Some folks follow the mindless drivel of some short-bus riders in the masses.
Others look at the facts

A very lazy, mind-numbingly blurred perception. You are of course, welcome to it.

I mean why even watch football games if this is the kind of thing you take from it. Might as well just read off the final score and be done with it.

Sorry, Romo was a much better QB and its not even close. Jerry mismanaged the team around both QBs but Romo> Prescott all day long.

During the last 5 years (2010-2014) of Romo's career, only the 2014 was capable. That D was okay ( a huge step up from the 8-8 years), but the offense was really clicking with the rebuilt o-line.

Romo only played in 2 playoff games during that stretch. Dallas..
1--Beat Detroit (2nd ranked defense) on a game-winning, last-minute TD pass
2--Lost at Green Bay in "Dez overturn" game

His playoff stats
--4 TDs
--0 Ints
--129 passer rating (top in league)

Just sayin

I bet these mocking memes are creating by Romo-loving Dak haters. Bunch of backstabbing traitor fake fans. They will cry, complain even louder and make more memes at the end of 2025 when Dak surpasses Romo as the Cowboys franchise passing leader IN LESS GAMES THAN ROMO.
Don't you just love Dak. Loser love losers.

Bingo! Romo made mistakes but he kept swinging and fighting. Dak gets that deer in the headlights look and it's game over.
At least Romo got farther in the playoffs then lover boy has, or ever will. One bad call on the Dez catch blew Roomo's chance. Deer in the headlights glows bright under the big tent.
