Someone calling what you said should happen to Dak wrong is not an insult.

Attacking someone with comments like "Jealous little 92G" and "Probably those funky nerds who sat in the opposing stands" are personal attacks. Picking up where I left off in this thread this morning, I see those coming from you thus far. (maybe I missed it, or that will change as I read further). Either way, you started down this path.

You did this when you were defending Dak; ironically, you are now doing it when you are bashing Dak. And honestly, some of what you are seeing is directly related to that.

Not trying to start anything, just pointing out what I am reading. You do you of course.

But expectations for your $60m QB is greater than one on the Rookie deal. You keep going back to Jerry's mismanagement as an excuse for Dak.
Dak, compounded matters by insisting on a 4 year contracts.

Maybe your expectations are greater . Mine haven’t changed and are lower. That Rookie contract was our best opportunity.

And it’s not an excuse . It’s a factor . One which is tough to overcome. I wouldn’t have resigned him 4 years ago. Much less now .

Ultimately we had a choice. And as a result of that choice have to try and build around best we can instead of expecting greater results on its own . Which seems nuts to me .

And I’d continue to argue there was more we could have done to prop it up instead of sitting pat hoping he’d meet the expectations of a ridiculousness contract .

The bigger issue is anything Cowboy related is fair game. Fans aren’t fair game .

Meaning we can bash Dak until the cows come home but while fans can defend Dak they can’t attack or insult other fans as part of their defense.

That’s where the rules are being violated. We can attack everything but each other.

I know it’s tough when our players or whoever or whatever we support is attacked . Our instinct is to defend . And that’s fine .

And we can but in that effort can’t attempt to discredit other fans with insults or attacks .
