Dak is better than Jayden Daniels

Not a fan of Dak in the slightest but some of these people worshipping Jayden Daniels are some of the silliest posts I’ve ever seen!! Jayden Daniels is the new flavor of the month and he isn’t that impressive. Once teams and tape catch up to him, he’s going to regress. I love myself some Kirk Cousins and Josh Allen, but Jayden Daniels? Commanders might make the playoffs and maybe even will have a two year run for the post season, but besides that? Please. Lets go Cowboys!!
Yeah the facsination is weird. They give Daniel’s more love than Stroud which is really odd. But the media builds you up to tear you down….soon as a 2 game loss streak comes it’s over.

Like what reality said above...Daniel's the new flavor of the month...it may stick or it may fade...way to early to tell. This was not different than Hurts two years ago, RGIII, Trevor Lawrence, or Justin Herbert...and the list goes on and on.. .until he does it several years in a row and continues to progress further and further in the playoffs, it's just fools gold. Yet every fan will wish he was their QB (except KC fans), until he comes crashing down. Wait to see if defenses figure out his weaknesses. This is what gets me about the Dak Haters or the Romo haters, they way over performed their draft status (or no draft Status for romo)... both were held back by the GM, coaching, and poor defenses (note the majority of SB winners had strong and effective defenses).
Yes it is. It is very different. Hurts is still not on the level as a passer as Jayden.

There’s a reason Daniel’s was drafted very high. He has a much higher ceiling than Dak.

Dak has almost a decade on him in the NFL and Daniel’s already looks better. Barring a major injury or unfortunate circumstances, Daniel’s has a bright future. We’ll see how his second year is and going forward.

No he wasn't. 3701 yds is not a great passer. Only 22 TDs. Not great at all, not even close.
Counting stats are a terrible way to judge a QB. That stacks the deck for quarterbacks that play for pass-heavy teams and garbage time production.

You gotta go by Yards-Per-Attempt, Interceptions-Per-Attempt, TD-Per attempt. Quarterback rating is a shorthand for that. There are even more sophisticated ways to judge, but QBR exists for a reason. More recent quarterback rating systems include QB runs and other helpful things.

But let's cut to the main point here. EVERYONE and EVERYTHING from FAIL-A-DELPHIA eventually turns to crap. Just give it enough time.

Well…Jayden Daniel’s certainly passes the eye test….he has a great arm; appears accurate with his throws and seems to process reads quickly…and can use his legs effectively….he appears very smooth.
Dak may have an edge on experience, but I think that is the only advantage he has.
Time will tell, but Jayden certainly looks like a franchise QB…and I can think most will agree that Dak is not…despite being paid by one.

This forum has worshipped any shiny new toy QB .. They wanted us to trade the farm to draft Trevor Lawrence or Justin Herbert. They swore not that long ago that Dak was the 4th best QB in the division. Some of these morons will never give Dak his due. It is what it is..

He missed the last few games of the season and he his rushing stats dipped into his passing production. That guy was damn good he would’ve won MVp if he never got hurt.

Yep. It’s funny when you think about it Wentz and Hurts careers are parallel.

Daniel’s is an exciting young player and fun to watch! I’d say Dak is better at this point in their careers, Jayden probably has better talent and coaching around him on the offensive side of the ball. I like seeing our division rivals get talent like that, makes the NFL that much more fun to watch and competitive. Makes the games more meaningful instead of playing weak teams like the Giants.

We are lucky to have Dak, and he is playing the best of his career throwing dimes when he has time. He can’t do it all and our coaching and Jerry & son doesn’t help.

The only thing that matters is who is better that day and leads their team to victory. Stats mean squat.
