Dak is better than Jayden Daniels

What a stupid thread lol. Jayden has played a couple of NFL games. Dak has played how many? And gotten nowhere.

I'd absolutely rather have Daniels on the team than Dak. Even if he's worse than Dak atm (which is absolutely normal). But the potential is much higher.

Single plays dont define how good a QB may or may not be. If it worked that way then we could easily say Dak is the dumbest QB is the league with his QB run against SF to end the game. It comes down to how good the QB can control the entire game. How Dak controls the offense sets the tone for the defense. 3 and out over and over and any D is going to be toast.

The majority of this board is always talking about the weakness in Dak because it's so obvious. Yes he can control the game extremely well when he is playing below average teams because he can get comfortable, his first read is always open and we are making first downs etc but where he suffers is when we play good teams and those first reads are not always there and he struggles trying to find his second or third read. He shuts down.

It's very simple, you can turn the game on mid game and all you have to do is watch Dak for 2-3 plays, you dont even need to look at the score to know how the game is going. If Dak does not have happy feet then you know he feels in control of the game and its going good but the minute you see him get rattled and he starts with the happy feet he struggles greatly because his eyes/mind are not in agreement with his body/arm with what he is seeing on the field. He gets frustrated and whines which in turn easily rubs off on the other players such as CeeDee who does the same thing etc.

It's not that I'm rooting against Dak, it's just I know his limitations. I was all for him his first couple years, I didnt agree with him getting a second contract but I was ok with Dallas giving him one more chance but to give him his third contract was 100% stupid to do.

So anyone that thinks Dak is going to win you a championship is as foolish sounding as the people thinking the same thing about Romo and how did that turn out.

They were both good QB's but neither one was taking their teams to the promise land.
They said the same thing about Trent Dilfer. Dak Prescott wine LMAO. I’ve never seen him lose his cool. Prescott’s limitation was throwing over the linebacker before the safety. He fixed that three seasons ago. Prescott is a championship quarterback if he was on a championship team. Team understand the word.

Not a fan of Dak in the slightest but some of these people worshipping Jayden Daniels are some of the silliest posts I’ve ever seen!! Jayden Daniels is the new flavor of the month and he isn’t that impressive. Once teams and tape catch up to him, he’s going to regress. I love myself some Kirk Cousins and Josh Allen, but Jayden Daniels? Commanders might make the playoffs and maybe even will have a two year run for the post season, but besides that? Please. Lets go Cowboys!!
I am really surprised at all the responses to a dumb question.

2 years ago Dak missed 5 games and still managed to lead the NFL in interceptions

I'd say that year Hurts was "ballin" more than Prescott.
No his receivers were. No less than 7 of Dak's 15 INTs that season bounced off receivers. Remember the OT pick six against the Jags that year? Hit Noah Brown in the chest, bounced off him right into the waiting arms of the DB. And people still fault Dak for that play. If you are such a person, just go ahead and admit your agenda and let's move on. Most sane people who had watched the games as well as the rest of Dak's career called it what it was.. A fluke season. So far those people have been proven correct. Certainly more correct than those who declared that "this is who he is, he can't read defenses... yadda yadda yadda."

People repeat what they hear, they really do Not under understand the game themselves , in reality. They hear he can’t read a defense, so it must be true. You get it.
This poster I have on ignore boys for life, he just changed his name to BING. LMAO.

Changing your name, won’t earn you any more respect that you had before, integrity zero. No wonder why I had you on ignore. Goodbye.

Jaden Daniels is a rookie. It's too soon to tell. He is more athletic than Dak and he has a better arm. Right now Washington's future at quarterback looks better than Dallas.
It’s too soon to tell, but Daniels does look like the real deal. However, RG3 looked like the real deal his rookie year. I’ll never forget the Thanksgiving game when he shredded us as a rookie. He passed for 304 yards and 4 TDs. He completed just over 70% of his passes with a passer rating of 131.8. He looked like he was going to be a dominant QB for years to come but he flamed out in Washington after only three seasons. No one could’ve ever predicted that would happen. We’ll see how it plays out with Daniels.

Yeah he had a few that weren't on him. (Just like every other qb in the league-- or is it only Dak who gets bad breaks lol)

When you miss almost a full 3rd of the season and still throw more picks than anyone, you had a bad year.

If you can't concede that point, then why don't you just admit *your* agenda so we can move on?

For $60 million per season, $231 million guaranteed, Dak better be much better than any rookie quarterback.

Dak stinks just like the rest of the organization starting with JJ at the top.

And the funny thing is I don’t even care.
