Brady didnt have the strongest arm, and he ran maybe the ugliest 40 ever at the combine. Intangibles come into play when considering whether you think your guy can advance deep into the postseason. I know Dak isn't Brady and I've said it plenty that I don't think he's the guy, but basing that on arm talent alone is unrealistic.

I get it, but an 84 passer rating has nothing to do with game context. In fact, I’d expect it to be higher because of the dump offs in that type of context.
