It's a little more than that. It's a matter of putting your WR's in the best position to make a play. Yes, Dak completes passes but what happens after the catch? Is the WR adjusting to get the ball so that limits his YAC? or does he take a big hit because of ball placement? What's concerning is how far those passes are. Is this Dak? Is this our new offensive scheme?

One of Dak's greatest assets is his feet/legs. We need to get him moving. That doesn't mean run him but we need to keep those LB'ers and safety's guessing. Our offense has been great the few times Dak actually does move around with the threat of running. Romo was the same way and we fully never took advantage of that either.
I agree. "Using your legs" doesn't mean tush push or long run. It means move, create space, extend the play for longer yard plays.

Right?

Sick of Dak not being able to get the job done in the big games.

And? Who just played in super bowl 57, Dak or Hurts? So much for accuracy ratings, huh?

I would hope.

He’s not throwing the ball more than 10 yards very often.
I've got a better one than that. As long as Jerry and son continue to allow the country club atmosphere, Dallas will not go to the superbowl.

Dak fans are cool with that.

As long as they get to watch Dakky poo throw the pig skin 5 yards at a time.

Dak's ranking (players who aren't starting QBs removed):

Yards: 19
Att: 14
Cmp: 12
Cmp%: 11
TDs: 21
Yards per Att: 24

Dak isn't a top 10 QB right now in any of the main stats for a QB. And he better be accurate since he's in the bottom third of the league in yards per attempt.
Not even neanderthals believe that attempts is relevant to how a QB is playing. This is a caveman list of stats.

Any list with Winston at the top is already flawed lol

I'm not here to full on bash Dak....IMO his accuracy has improved significantly over the years, but I wouldn't exactly take this chart as the gospel. It's a small sample size that includes a ton of factors. I'd be interested to see a similar chart that's weighted based on pressure rates and passing depth. Dak is tied for 23rd in the league in attempts of 20+ yards, and has one of the lowest pressure rates in the league by most metric sites. Not that either of those are knocks against Dak, I think a lot of it just has to do with the system he's playing in this year which offers a lot of short quick passes. Just spitballing here I'd guess Dak is probably around 10-15th or so in the league in terms of true accuracy, but it depends on how you measure it. In general Dak does two things really well in that he throws a "catchable" ball and doesn't really miss way off often. I don't think he has the pinpoint accuracy nor elite velocity of some of the better throwers in the league...although to be fair there are very few that check both of those boxes.
