Any metric that puts Winston on top has zero credibility.
HE'S ACCURATE AT THROWING TO THE OTHER TEAM
Not even neanderthals believe that attempts is relevant to how a QB is playing. This is a caveman list of stats.
You listed all of the mouthbreather stats.I listed all the main stats and that hurt your feelings. You also zeroed in on attempts as if that was the stat i wanted point out. Laughable attempt to spin the numbers. Dak isn't a top 10 QB in any main QB stats.
And a system stat, plus one where sample size is crucial. Look at air yards about week 10, one game can completely skew those numbers this early in the year. The point is that completed air yards is as much a receiver stat as it is how aggressive a QB is or isn't.
With 18 passes take it with a grain of salt it's a small sample size right nowAny metric that puts Winston on top has zero credibility.
he is 11th in completion percentage....so there is that!THE OFFENSE SUCKS BECAUSE HE SUCKS AT THROWING BAD PASSES
Yea, 3 weeks isn't enough of a sample to matter, but I didn't feel like going down that road lolAnd a system stat, plus one where sample size is crucial. Look at air yards about week 10, one game can completely skew those numbers this early in the year.
its based on a single game for him.....he will average to lower numbers as he plays moreAny metric that puts Winston on top has zero credibility.
Keep insulting me when you cannot counter all the mainline stats for QBs.EPA is as main as it gets, for smart people.
I already countered them. I know you're allergic to context, but that's what EPA is.Hey, I'm sure Dak was the best QB throwinYou listed all of the mouthbreather stats.
Keep insulting me when you cannot counter all the mainline stats for QBs.
(messed up the quote formatting)
You didn't counter anything. All you can do is continue to insult me.I already countered them. I know you're allergic to context, but that's what EPA is.
Like why would a QB be throwing a) often or b) downfield when blowing a team out?
"Mainline stats" is literally shorthand for "stats for lazy people who only watch box scores." You're insulting yourself.
Underrated comment. I wouldn't use it strictly as a Dak bashing tool as hes really had just one game where he needed to sling the ball around so far, but just speaking in general if you only had one stat to evaluate a QBs value this might be the one I would take. Obviously you need to factor in things like the supporting cast, but Y/A gets slept on.Yards per Attempt is generally regarded as the most important QB stat. Dak: 24.
I countered it with EPA.You didn't counter anything. All you can do is continue to insult me.
I agree....theres a lot of parts. Like drops or bad routes rivht? And while i dont think a qb will heave it 50 yards just to pad your version of the stat....it seems a hollow line to draw in the sand. The point is that completed air yards is as much a receiver stat as it is how aggressive a QB is or isn't.
Air yards, in and of itself, is just a team ideology. It's not really a QB stat.I agree....theres a lot of parts. Like drops or bad routes rivht? And while i dont think a qb will heave it 50 yards just to pad your version of the stat....it seems a hollow line to draw in the sand.
It would seem either approach has bias.
Again....i tend to agree for the most part.Air yards, in and of itself, is just a team ideology. It's not really a QB stat.
Where it becomes a QB stat is context for things like on target % and time to throw, especially with WR separation factored in.
That was some harrowing times for the Dak-fans - oh crap the team doesn't need Dak to win.....get Dak back get Dak back. Dak comes back and sure enough, leads the league in INT's craps the bed against the 49-ers. But don't pay attention to that, look at how he beat up a weak Tampa team...look look. Dak fans really are pathetic.they were pissed he won those games last year. sheesh
