You seriously think Veganism has anything to do with his career? Tom Brady is a vegan, Tyrann Mathieu is a vegan, Brandon Flowers, Daquon Jones, are vegans. Come on man. Stop.

People that live in Charlotte noticed a substantial difference in Cam's body after he made that conversion.

Many nutritionists also made the claim that it was one of the reasons he couldn't heal/recover/stay healthy for any length of time.

Anyone who likes to discredit Dak for his bad play (which is sometimes correct) is one thing. But to say he isnt a leader is another.

Him landing on that fumble last night and sacrificing his body is something that QBs dont usually do. Cam Newton didnt do it in the freaking SB and his career never recovered.

Say what you want about Dak and a lot of it is warranted. Him jumping on that loose ball last night was a testament to his leadership.
Maybe it’s a natural reaction from a football player?

Dak definitely has his flaws and is frustrating at times, but there's not a single person in here that can argue against his competitiveness and will to win. He's given it 100% every snap.
True, he's always trying his best.

I immediately thought of Cam Newton in the SB not jumping on the fumble lol. Also kudos to Fields for getting that fumble back smh

He played with heart and sometimes that's enough, it can definitely make up for other areas player ability and some intangibles (like Mike's lame coaching-sometimes). I was glad to see it from Dak!

Now....how we are 3-2 with a run game being established 5 games into the season? So unprofessional
I don't know. McCarthy seems to figure out what his team does best as the season progresses. Last year, it took us about this long to figure out the passing game. Now, I do have to give McCarthy credit for being flexible enough to adjust when something isn't working. But I think many of us already knew before the season started that the running game wasn't going to work this season without some major changes to it.

I will say that if Dowdle can play like that game in and game out (unproven at the moment, of course), minus the fumble, that some credit will be deserved for the team's approach to this season at RB. They've said they like what we've got, but most of us believe it's just smoke because the front office didn't get them more. Still would have preferred that we'd gone after Henry, but it is what it is. And if Dowdle can play that way, it will be good enough.

Frankly, I'd still bring Cook up and see if he can provide more than Zeke has.

Fields showed even BETTER leadership because he had to work for his, lol.
Right? Dak didn't have a guy grab the ball before him, then wrestle it away...Not taking anything away from Dak's recovery, it was a very heads up play.

Meh - this is what QB should be doing.

I realize not all of them will, but that isn't really a feather in the cap.
