Mahomes knows how to help a defense and also his own offense.
Is it omnipotent...no of course not. But he's proven himself able to make something when there's nothing there.

Scoring tds helps your defense. 3 and outs or quick fgs and turnovers do not.
Neither the field goals and turnovers were on him

I’m not a Dak hater! He does all the right things as far as being a leader, being a good influence & citizen, work ethic etc. But I’ve said this before & here it comes again, he doesn’t have that IT and now on top of that, his arm strength is showing real signs of weakness!
First the arm strength. Its been very evident in the 1st two games as he’s not comfortable throwing intermediate to long throws hard & we’re now seeing check down Charlie! He’s been too apt to try to finess it in which doesn’t work in the NFL.
Second, everyone has a choking point, except the great ones! Dak has shown to play great in mostly home games against inferior teams but when he is up against tougher teams when he’s needed most, he’s most of the time a big nothing burger!
The Cowboys should have let him play out this season, paid him the 55 million & moved on! But now we’re stuck for the next 5-6 years with a Dak who’s not going to get better but only worse! The Cowboys need to start drafting QB’s every year and if they end up with Dak & his 60 million on the bench, so be it!!
He may or may not, nothing we can do about it.

I would hedge my bet on plenty of other QBs in the NFL, not even Mahimes, playing in the NFC East with what Dak has had the entire career here would have made multiple conference championships and competed for a chance to win the QB at least once..

This was your post that I replied to. Show me your "logical/rational" discussion points.

Seems as though you don't care rather the Cowboys win or lose, but more engaged in embracing hater suffering...

Don't try changing the narrative just because I exposed you as being hilariously uneducated, Mr. Madison.

You swung first, then I knocked you the **** out.

Oh boy.

You need help, kid. And these kind of comments should be under moderation.

I am not a Dak fan but this is dumb. The defense was an absolute joke and the game is on them, the coaching staff and the front office. Dak had nothing to do with this debacle.

You just helped it by responding. Ignore threads like this if you don't like them.

As to the OP, I agree that Dak is showing he was a weak arm. His deep hrows were terrible yesterday. Weak and inaccurate. Guys from the 1960s could throw 20 to 30 yards further than Dak can right now.
If we ignore them, we can't laugh at them...

The title of thread certainly implied that Dak was the problem. I apologize for not reading every post in a 5 page thread.
No need to apologize. And no...we can't read every post by every one. Hence my reluctance to make that kind of statement.

This thread is about dak. We aren't gonna preface every other problem first. Time for you to take action and make some other threads so we can do just that.

AC!! You bring nothing to the table, no insight, no ideas, no football knowledge, nothing except tearing others thoughts down! So yes, take your own advice and just go away so the grownups can talk.
Ac is a bit nuts. He said he's tired of "schooling" everyone but continues to do just that.

Now....what's that common definition of insanity?

C’mon! You sound like a smart guy & yes, the D was atrocious! But at times Dak has to win games 45 - 41 after being behind. Go back and adjectively watch just Dak in the first 2 games and it isn’t very good. Have a nice day!

Grownups? That's laughable.

I bring much insight to this site. Most of my predictions come true as well. Not my fault many of you don't understand the game better or refuse to understand it better.

Dak will always be what he is,an average to above average QB depending on what team he's playing against,he is not a QB who can put the team on his back ala Tom Brady and lead the team to a win despite the circumstances, dak needs virtually everything around him to be almost perfect to win.

So y'all watched that game yesterday and came to the conclusion that offense was the problem?

I can't do this today. I just can't.
We pay the offense too much for too little results. We average 22.5 points/game so far on offense. We have the highest paid QB (really NFL player) and the 2nd highest paid receiver.

Jerry loves offense, it sells tickets. He should have invested in the defense and not offense.

I blame Jerry for paying bums that don't advance us into the playoffs.
