When that exaggeration doesn't really feel like it's too far off, and it's easier than trying to actually try to guess in the ballpark, because the number is so high that everyone understands you're just making a point, one's credibility is fine.

I suppose perspective does come into play.

I see more like having Russia as our allied in WWII, we did not like them hell we could not stand them but we got along because the defeat of Germany trumped all. I don't have you like you to cheer when you make plays for my team, I did not care for TO when he came to Dallas but cheered the plays and did not care when he was booted out of here. lol

I'm not sure if he's right or wrong and I don't really care about the optics., but you're right about blaming anyone else. We all know the officiating is inconsistent. I just mean he's stated the mistakes he's made and taken blame. Are they blanket "what he's supposed to say" statements? Of course. But if he said the opposite he'd get trashed all the same.
The 49ers game was just an offensive train wreck.
