I seem to recall hearing that after a miserable showing last season Jalen Hurts hired his own private QB coach (can't remember his name) and spent the off season getting "coached up" and working on his short comings. Dak needs to do the same.

Today at Disneyland, witnesses observed Mahomes dancing and walking on the SB parade float.

umm hes used one many times so lets stop the ridiculous comments about pride how about do research and don't make hate claims that are totally false, had dang field behind his house and works out all off season with many of his players and many times a qb coach.

..what dak didn't get is an OC with penitent to for the run game with healthy OL, run game, and AJ Brown this season.

seriously Hurts improved because they loaded him up with talent including smith making strides in development with Goedert etc they were loaded..

Dak not only broke his hand but had Cooper, ced, jarwin,. collins, and cwil taken away and started the season with Brown as the #2 WR, im better eagles wr3 was better then brown.. Gallup never back 100% and a rookie LT/LG as his lane Johnson was hurt for 14 games, then Steele went down, TB out a game or 2 not right, McGovern in and out and pollard and zeke in and out, not having a strong OL or run game was the biggest issue many games especially the 9er game.

now back to reality where facts are actually put in place.

Mahomes is an incredible talent to be sure but he has the Rogers affliction. They both are compelled to act like they are injured as some pathetic way to make themselves seem ever better than they already are. Can barely walk one second. Sprinting like Usain Bolt two seconds later. I call BS.

You know what else KC and the Bengals had the last couple of seasons that Dallas didn't??? A real NFL quality offensive coordinator who knows how to call plays in situational football and real GMs who know what they're doing. Dak may not be the answer, but don't conveniently leave out the real reasons we fail.

It’s a team game. We lose and it’s Daks fault. We win and it’s a team game. We beat bucs down. Earlier in the season we beat egirls down. They were missing hurts but they weren’t missing there supposed #1 defense.. We put up what.. 40 on them. This team can do it. Now we go for it with a new playcaller. I wonder how much the plays change. Will be new plays and players. A new O-Line coach that’s power run. That excites me. Let’s get some weapons.

Look how long we been in this loop. If we had a mahomes qb we wouldn’t know it. Better the qb gets the less weapons we put around him. We have a good Offense and a lower end Defense. Beef up the Defense and lose weapons on Offense. It’s about having the right weapons at the right spots and good trenches along with coaching and playcalling. When we get to the playoffs we fail because all teams are good. That when your coaches come into it. Making changes and adjustments on the fly. Situational playcalling. Players make the plays. Coaches make sure they can do it with consistently. Execution.

I have not looked at the QB's in the draft yet. Will wait until after the NFL Combine. Then it is only an opinion that does not mean a thing.
Also, does it matter, Jerry will not select a QB that high to make a difference. Any QB taken will be a 5th to 7th rounder.

I actuallydo agree with a lot of what you say. Its complicated.

The thing is....dont other teams have these same challenges? Even super bowl teams? Or are we unlucky? Dysfunctional?
