Duck footed. Pigeon toed means the toes turn toward each other, just so you know.
yep. Out-toeing can make a child look like they're waddling from side to side. sounds like the mouthbreather.

he has to be the most spastic runner in the NFL.

He's too slow to run an option yet alone scramble! Aaron Rodgers is better running than dak
He was an excellent runner in college, he has shown he can do it on this level, but has decided against it since that major injury.

Dak is just an ok runner. Maybe a RPO package to go along with the hurry up offense can suffice. The Cowboys do have to figure out how to get linebackers to respect the rum on 2nd/3rd down and long to get them out of coverage. No team respects Zeke anymore. Teams will give up 5 yards to get off the field.
Dak was a very good runner pre-injury, think he is protecting himself in the regular season.

I agree we are better when Dak runs a little more. Not all game long but in big spots or when it is a no brainer to pick up some easy yards. If you can get 6 yards on 2nd and 10 when no one is open, just take it and certainly when you can run for a first in a third down situation. Not necessarily now, but in the playoffs. Eventually this will force the defense to be aware and not blanket our guys over the middle like we have seen way to often this year and end up throwing into traffic and will loosen up the coverage a little or if not the run from Dak may be there. And when he runs he needs to be aware of the sticks if he goes feet first. It cost us last week, but he has been doing this for years. It's like he doesn't realize he is down as soon as he starts his slide or isn't aware of exactly where the markers are.

Teams are not respecting Dak as a runner any longer and know he is going to hand off the football. The read option is a deadly weapon if used right and defenses have trouble defending it. That touchdown against the Bears was a great example how they can keep defenses honest. If he ran the naked boot last week, he probably scores after that turnover created by the defense.

RPO designed runs of 5 to 6 times a game should already be in place. The threat of Dak's running should already be a staple of the offense and cause DCs to hafta gameplan for one more threat.

It ain't rocket science. Now is the run option a part of the play call and the QB just chooses not to?

Well, then ya just get back to the old blame ball hot potato game between OC and QB.

Seems like that's where all discussions are ending up here anyways these days.

It's Kellen's fault obviously, lol.
It always is.

Dak is pushing 30 and has had some major injuries to his legs… Perhaps he doesn’t run because he knows he’ll just get injured.

Could be coming from MM. Clearly there are times where he can rush for the 1st down, but he isn't doing it. Is he nursing an injury or just protecting himself?
He probably read @Captain-Crash 's comments about how funny he looks when he runs, and now he's too embarrassed to run anymore!

Bingo, at his age he runs the ball less. You hit on the head with Dak at age 29, you just don’t see quarterbacks running when they get up in age. Look at Cam, Vick and RG3 all started falling apart in their late 20s.

But they were primarily running QBs. Dak hasn't run enough (or it shouldn't be the case, anyway) to have worn his legs out by now.

Honestly, I hate to say this, but after 7 years, I'm tired of telling Dak how to win games. By now he should know how his strength impacts every scheme and/or play design.[/QUOTE

Dak needs to work on being more accurate in the off season. :muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley::muttley:

I wish QB1 would run when the WRs are covered instead of forcing passes. The hope is that KM will call QB runs in the Playoffs.

Dak is slow as shish tho with zero shake, but he can be effective if decides to be a factor running.

I'll be honest, I dont think he has that ability to run well anymore. Ever since the ankle injury he is noticeably clumsy and just awkward looking doing it.
