Yep, next year daks cap hit will be 30% of the cap. Jerry will get a new coach then everyone will get excited. They might play a bit better, but in the end the results will be the same. It's kinda funny. Jerry got suckered. He thought he bought a supercar and he ended up with a broken down VW.
Jerry didn’t get suckered. He likes the attention (good and bad) that comes along with his micromanagement of all decisions. He is a narcissist above all else.

The worst GM and cap boy in league history. You’d think they’d eventually be embarrassed enough to hire real football people but their egos are so giant they can’t see past it.

Absolutely Jerry is a narcissist and he loves the attention good or bad, but I think he believed Dak is a top 5 QB.

Don’t understand why The Jones allowed Dak to put in a no trade clause in his contracts! Not good Business we are stuck with him!
Jerry Jones is the owner. Dak Prescott is the player. It is not the other way around.

The clause did not just slip into the contract before Jones signed it. Jones was not caught unaware that the clause was part of the agreement he endorsed.
  • Jones is a very good-to-excellent business man--except when business involves football operations
  • Jones agreed to Prescott's contractual terms because he wanted the clause
  • Jones can stop himself from agreeing to ANY contract without reservation
This should clear things up. If not, that is not a Jones problem. That is an observational issue.

he can be traded. Just tell him he isnt playing anymore unless he agrees to a trade. Heck Rush is better than him anyways
