Questions regarding how Garrett was using TO were raised when he was here, that he is rarely used in motion and out of the slot, which was his bread and butter and he basically said you need to ask the coaches...

Anybody that pays attention to the Garrett playbook understands the routes Dez runs are similar to TO when he was here..
I'm sure.

And probably similar to what Irvin ran in Garrett day.

Which begs the question..

are we insistent players play to the scheme..

or do we fit the scheme to our players talent?

This is what concerns me about our coaching staff..

DAK has a certain way of playing that has made him successful.

His ability to run and be a dual threat throwing is his style.

Are the coaches going to insist he change to fit their ideals?

To me this is crazy.

Play him as he is and don't be concerned if he is going to be our next Tony Romo and have a 12 year career.

Chances are he will not.

Get what you can and move on and get another QB in the pipeline.

We are going about the QB position all wrong.

Looking for the Holy Grail and spending so much money at one position and too keep drilling for success where none exists is like being a wildcat driller..

which is where Jones comes from.

Prepare for change..build your team around it like the Patriots do.

It's the smarter way.
