That INT is getting a lot of attention, lol.

I think Brown being out was another challenge with our WR dept.
Noah Brown's flip game before...

CeeDee mindset going for that INT against Bears.

I have been pretty critical of Dak, but he played better today. Of course it was against the Bears.

Let’s hope Dak can show us a few of these type of games against more elite, complete teams.
I thought he played well and looked sharp. I'll say it again, Dak isn't the reason this team struggles. If anything, we've seen what Pollard can do and while I am not ready to cut Zeke loose, we do need to use Pollard more. And the passing side, Gallup still isn't ready. We need Speed. Can Turpin catch? We need to test his speed on a few go routes.

The offense played better and he leads the offense. He had a good game, a better game than the previous week which is good as he plays his way back into the game.

I think if some took his performance as part of the offense and didn't try to remove him from that, he would not catch as much heat. He fit the offense, and directed it, very well yesterday.

I think it would be good if some would just accept the fact that Prescott is not going to get much credit, except begrudgingly, from people who just don't like him as the DC QB.

I liked the fact he looked like the old Prescott yesterday with the running and bootlegs and he throws very well on the run. He looks healthier than he has all year, including that first game.

The passing game still isn't in rhythm and hopefully they work on that and run D during the bye. This is not the time for a vacation.

It was a risky throw, but CD has to make a play on that ball and at least break it up. A guy like Jefferson or Chase turns that throw into a td.
100% correct.

Like Moose Johnston said about CeeDee, "CeeDee has to attack that ball. He has determine that ball is only his or no one else's." ... or something to that effect.

So whichever perspective you want to look at it...be it errant throw or a WR who doesnt put his body on the line. Why play such a game (with a Safety in the vicinity)....throw to your TE/RB outs and move the chains.
At that point, if you have any doubts don't throw it. Take it to halftime.

Did he throw the ball to himself?

Yep, which is my only (very slight) concern. We played so well up to that point, running, Dak in total control and then out of the blue a throw into coverage.
I just hope it was a one off (call or throw - not blaming any one person).
As I say I hope it was a one off and not going to be a trend to revert to a risky throwing game too early.
When we went back to run and chain moving in the second half the offense looked world beating (despite a limited WR corp).

The Dak homies want Dak showered with praise today, and I will admit he had a good game. That's what you should expect from a 40 mil QB. But lets be real, he wasn't the reason the team won. The real star yesterday was Pollard.

Why does he need to be the sole reason..."Dak dont play hero ball"...we win with a team plan you want "Dak is not the reason we are winning"...why is this a thing?

Prescott played very well. As others have mentioned and we wanted to see him do before the game, the biggest difference was him using his legs. The throws were typical solid Prescott throws to open receivers. No real issue with that as if the opposing defense offers it up then take it. But the key is for he and Moore to keep using his legs. It's just so important in today's NFL and it should continue to give him the type of throws he executes on a regular basis.

That was more like the Prescott of 2016 which is the way forward to utilise his skill set.

Moore is using play action more often which really benefits Dak.

This is something he got away from last year.

Since his return from injury, Dak has gone 20-of-25 for 231 yards and 3 TDs on play-action passes.

Yes!!! put this defense with the 2016 (I know its not THE SAME but closer) offense and we have a great chance to beat good teams.

It was also great to see Prescott and the offense getting off to a fast start and scoring points consistently throughout the game. I'm probably regarded as a hater but in reality I'm not and if he plays like that and continues to use his legs then of course I'm on board with that. My gut feeling is we will regret not keeping Cooper when it comes to the play offs but perhaps the front office will bring in another receiver.

Dak’s stellar play early set the tone for the rest of the game, in case you missed the first half or are legally blind. “Let’s be real.”

Pollard got rolling after that, and they were each responsible for 3 TDs.

Someone (and I dont know who) appears to think we need to show off, personally i'd prefer to win playing a conservative game rather than losing a shoot out.

You’d prefer to win rather than lose? WOW, what a unique perspective!!!
