Lol ok buddy. No point even reading your bs if that's all you have to offer.

See. That hurts.

Keep pretending that sitting home Friday night watching YouTube videos of prospects is about building real knowledge.

Yeah. Great argument. " I wasn't talking about ability" ...or anything relevant to player evaluation

Yep great argument.

Your assessment of what is going on is very weak at best but it describes your subpar critical thinking skills.

Right. You've done nothing but equated Dak with Quincy.

But I'm the one who doesn't think critically?

Come with an actual argument or stay home.

Please you are in your feelings.

Understand what's going on before you make silly comments.

You are taking up for a QB who most likely will not be a starting QB in the NFL.

I don't have to argue with you; just reviewing your comments shows that you have no clue to what's going on.

Time to go to sleep because you are past your bedtime.

I would have to value your opinion to be hurt by it. The fact you think youtube is a scouting tool shows exactly why nobody should care. Keep throwing slugs while offering nothing. Fits your posting pattern perfectly.

And you are doing nothing but making a dumb comparison.

And pounding your chest over it.

Grown ups go a little deeper in their evaluation

I think all of these Dak Prescott meetings are too public and too conspicuous not to be a smokescreen... I think they are a ruse to convince teams that Dallas is not drafting a QB at #4, when that is their true intention.

And you are basically crying about a post that I made.

You offer nothing but pointless statements. It shows in your weak arguments.

Once you become an adult you will understand but it's hard for you due to your low cognitive abilities.

And if you could comprehend then you would have not responded to my post.

What is sad is your understanding and lack of knowledge.

Even if Prescott lives up to his best potential, we will still be behind the best quarterbacks in the conference and league. Like we are now.

Yeah. Dak has phenotypic characteristics that lead to Q comparisons. I get that. You see nothing else.

What you don't get is what that means about you.

Yep. Afterwards they will try to sell us that half a dozen teams were ready to pounce and called us to tell us what a steal we got. Pretty sure they used that one on Matt Johnson

Remember , Ozzie Newsome called and said that Jerry drafted his guy when they drafted Matt.

I gotta say, you're not being fair here, Abe. And I'd be insulted by the insinuation, if I were the poster concerned.

I don't have a thing against Dak, for the record, though he's a middle-round pick that would need to be developed. The fact that he's improved each season is a good sign, and I'd be for him at the right pick. But in a conversation where we're talking about the consequences of potentially reaching for a player who's not ready to start in Dallas to take over for a long-time great who's career is winding down, especially in a thread where the implied premise is that we'd be over drafting the guy, Quincy Carter is a fairly natural comparison given his very public and fairly recent example in Dallas. I can easily see a poster make that comparison whether or not race has anything to do with it.

And, for the record, I don't think it says anything specifically about dwight whatsoever in that regard, unless I've missed something in any of his posts.

And while I'm at it, for everybody busting Quincy, the guy had substance issues. And he probably lacked a bit of that makeup in his character that would have helped him come out of the crucible of a starting NFL job in Dallas an even stronger person. But he really wasn't all that bad a football player by the time he was done. He worked hard at his game, threw a beautiful deep ball, and made decent strides under Parcels until he did himself in. It was foolish to put him in the position he was put in in the first place, but as developmental QBs go, he might have had a shot if we'd handled him properly and if he could have overcome his substance issues.
