why does anyone compare Dak and Manning? its idiotic. one was one of the best college QBs and consensus #1 pick, a can't miss prospect and obvious HOF even in his early days....

this is stupid. Dak is not elite. not HOF material. why is even this a thread? makes zero sense.

Gotta say -- I regret reading this thread . . . it's a travesty of the unvarnished truth. One game never defines a player's career. I like Dak as a person and a leader of his team but let's see things more clearly than that. Dak's legacy will be judged by it's long time merits, as it should be.

I remember Peyton being labeled the biggest playoff choker in NFL history for a while. So much so that I remember watching Esiason on NFL Sunday say Peyton was the new Dan Marino and he would never win a Super Bowl. Marino damn near jumped over the desk and choked Boomer on live TV.

Clearly, they overachieved. Everyone on ESPN, Fox Sports, FS1, etc have been saying for over a week how Dak had no weapons (other than CeeDee) at WR. Are you professing to know more than all them professional sports analysts and ex-players?
