We all saw it. Silly stats that hold no situational context mean less than nothing.

Dak is garbage in the playoffs against teams that belong there. Always has been.

“3rd worst defense over the last quarter century” isn’t a stat. Define “worst.” 19 points given up to the Niners? 23 the year before? How many points did Dallas put up in those games combined, 22? Yeah, that doesn’t give you a chance to win games. It’d be one thing if it’s 38-35, but Dallas isn’t even competitive enough offensively to make it a game.

Scores to games are objective numbers. You can't mess with them. You can cherry pick certain stats to fit an argument. Dallas hasn't played complementary football in the playoffs, period. Their HC hasn't prepped them, the quarterback has been a liability and he's getting PAID to play BIG in those moments, not to pull a Sam Darnold.
