I understand Lovie not taking the FG from the 4 only because your 1-11-1, but from a technical aspect you take your 3 points and up 6 you force Dallas to have to score 7.

Plus when you get the ball back last drive a FG would have won the game for you. Heck of a game prep by Lovie and his staff but the FG was the call next to last Houston possession.

He's statistically the best third down QB in the league, and since 2019 this offense is #1 in the league in yards, points and third down % in games he's started.

At this point those claiming he isnt a top 10 QB have the burden of proof. The objective metrics say he is. The "feels" and "eye test" metrics are what they must rely on.

Every pass won't have great mechanics. People are just weird about this stuff. I can watch a Aaron Rodgers or Pat Mahomes game with crappy mechanics and its never mentioned. Its just weird the coverage Dak gets. Either way he's our QB whether we like it or not. You might as well just stop watching for the next few years. We won't win anything.
